Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, under the Arbitration Act (Ontario) or comparable Canadian arbitration rules. You and Into Indie Games Inc. agree that claims may only be brought on an individual basis, not as part of a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration clause within 30 days by emailing info@intoindiegames.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and applicable federal laws of Canada.
