7 Days Blood Moons is a 4v1 fight to the death. The game is more about the looting and shooting experience set in a much smaller environment than the real 7 Days to Die. There’s no actual survival crafting going on. Build and destroy everything in the environment. Some players are the survivors, and one is the game master controlling the zombies who are assaulting and trying to overrun.

The map is restricted to a smaller area due to the nature of the game. It does progress over multiple days and nights if you survive. The goal is to defend every night. The structure of the game is fairly simple, as you build your defenses during the day to overcome the threats of the night.
All the choices are made before the action phase, so that in the menu, you do upgrades and unlock everything. Being a zombie master, you control any zombies that are on the map. Controlling the zombies is not all you can do; you can decide where you can spawn different zombies. While you control the whole horse by placing the location as the game master, you can switch into different zombies during the blood moon and fight the players directly.
