Angst: A Tale of Survival is a new top-down survival roguelite praised for its tense atmosphere, haunting sound, and emotional storytelling. The game features mechanics like resource gathering, crafting (tools, weapons), hunting, and skill upgrades.

The game initiates with you awakening in an old cabin in the middle of a frozen taiga. You only remember the heavy snowstorm that preceded your blackout.

To survive, you must craft crucial items using the required materials in the crafting menu. Some items can only be crafted at the crafting station in your cabin.

Hold the axe and start cutting down the trees to obtain wood and sticks to craft new items. Use your weapon to eliminate enemies like the wolves.

Your character has an Energy level that you can see at the top left side of the screen. This energy level mitigates when you progress and work in the game.

Maintaining your food/hunger level in Angst: A Tale Of Survival is essential to stay alive. Each weapon has unique power and attack speed, as well as durability tied to how well it withstands enemy attacks when used for blocking.
