Prologue: Dead Of Night

The prologue kicks off with Kliff and his companions locked in a fierce clash against the Black Bear forces, setting the stage with adrenaline and tension. Yet this is just the opening act.
What Kliff doesn’t realize is that these early battles will spark a chain of events that will forever alter the course of his life.
Chapter 1: The First Encounter

You’re alive, somehow. A strange force or sheer luck pulled you through the brutal attacks from your rivals.
Now, driven by determination, you set out to uncover the truth and gather information, following every lead to track down your missing friends.
Chapter 2: Golden Greed

Kliff still needs to locate his comrades, but every person he questions drags him into their own troubles.
This time, Hernand is facing unrest, and Kliff must uncover the source of the chaos while navigating the town’s growing tension.
Chapter 3: Howling Hill

After dealing with everyone else’s business, your efforts finally pay off: Shakatu has information about Greymane in town. As Kliff follows the leads, it confirms he’s telling the truth.
This means the Greymanes are still scattered, and reuniting them will take careful moves, as one Greymane often leads to another.
Chapter 4: The Price Of Knowledge

The Greymanes finally have a place to call home, and now you can search for more of them to bring together and strengthen the group.
However, this moment of peace does not last long, as it becomes clear that someone has been infiltrating the Abyss.
Chapter 5: Guest Unbidden

After leaving the Scholastone Institute, trouble seems determined to follow you. Your concern for the Black Bear was just the beginning, as other forces now appear to be targeting you.
Damiane’s investigations reveal a mysterious feathered man causing chaos, and it seems he is connected to the Abyss, hinting at a deeper threat lurking just out of sight.
Chapter 6: Cracks In The Shield

Just as you return to camp, a Hernand guard arrives with a summons from the Duke, who has information for you. A Greymane rumored to wield an axe has been spotted near Calphade.
With the city under attack by the Black Bears, Kliff must rush to Calphade, investigate the threat, help turn the tide of the battle, and check if the Greymane is actually the person he thinks he is.
Chapter 7: Homecoming

Calphade is far from the only place that needs the Greymanes’ aid, and it is certainly not the only city the Black Bears have targeted. Pailune, the hometown of many Greymanes, now faces a ruthless siege, with the city’s streets brimming with danger and chaos.
Rumors say the Black Bears’ leader himself may be lurking within Pailune, raising the stakes to a perilous high. You must rally allies, navigate to reclaim Pailune, and meet with your rival Myurdin.
Chapter 8: Blood Coronation

Pailune is free, but the Black Bears’ shadow still looms. Kliff must track Myurdin to where he fled, having had him within reach if not for Ludvig; though he got what he deserved.
The journey now takes him to Demeniss, and there, Kliff discovers a far more dangerous plan quietly unfolding, one that will change everything and force him to face threats bigger than anything he has encountered before.
Chapter 9: The Sage Of The Desert
Part 1

Kliff faced a brutal encounter with Caliburn, underestimating his strength and ending up crushed. Luckily, his debt to the sister witches is still unsettled, and this becomes the perfect chance to repay it.
Once healed, a strange voice begins guiding him, promising answers. With nothing left to lose, Kliff follows it, hoping it will lead him to find out what’s going on.
Part 2

The voice’s owner doesn’t make himself easy to find, placing numerous trials in Kliff’s path that must be completed to reach him.
Undeterred, Kliff pushes forward, tackling each challenge and task, determined to meet this mysterious figure and uncover the truth behind the voice guiding him.
Chapter 10: Counterattack

The plan is to destroy the flying fortress, but Kliff alone cannot take it on; the Greymanes need the help of other factions across Pywel.
He learns of a secret weapon that could turn the tide and help neutralize the fortress, so Kliff must investigate and follow the clues, piecing together a path that might give them the edge needed to bring the massive threat crashing down.
Chapter 11: Truth And Reality

It is finally time to go after the flying fortress and put an end to it. Kliff is ready, prepared to face whatever awaits there.
Chapter 12: The Abyss

This is it: after all the efforts you put into saving the world and restoring its balance, it is time to go after Caliburn and finish things once and for all.
Epilogue: Journey’s End

You have finished the main story of Crimson Desert and saved Pywel from Caliburn and its corruption. Now it is time to visit your allies and check on them one last time.
But the adventure is far from over, as there is still much more waiting to be explored across the world, so take your time and discover everything it still has to offer.
