Hytale is a Sandbox adventure RPG and adventure game that combines block-building mechanics, crafting, exploration, and combat in a procedurally generated 3D world. Gather basic resources, such as wood, stone, fiber, and food, as soon as possible.

Make your first pickaxe, hatchet, and weapon at the default crafting window. Equip tools on your hotbar to use them in the world. Build a small shelter before nightfall because the hostile mobs spawn at night.

Cook food at a Campfire to get better healing than raw ingredients. Better food helps with health and stamina, especially if exploring or fighting. Charge attacks and special weapon abilities help in fights, so learn how each weapon feels.

Make sure to upgrade crafting stations only when you have materials for higher‑tier gear. Collect hides from animals and process them into leather for armor and advanced tools.

Hytale Walkthrough – Part 1

In this walkthrough, we collect the basic resources to craft new recipes. We use the required materials to craft a Crude Sword and explore the cave thoroughly. Unlocked the memory system from the Forgotten Temple.

After unlocking the memory system and crafting basic items, we build the base using the required materials. We also craft the Light Leather using the Tanning Rack to craft new armor.

After building a shelter in Hytale, explore the map thoroughly and get inside the caves to obtain Copper Ores and Iron Ores. We use the materials to craft the Furnace and Chef’s Stove. Record the new collected memories to unlock new rewards.

This guide includes all the beginner tips that every player must know before diving into the harsh world of Hytale. Building the base as soon as possible and exploring the map to collect useful resources is highly recommended.

Hytale allows you to ride the horse you find while exploring the world. We craft the Feed Bag to the Farmer’s Workbench to lure the animals into the fence.
