Lily’s World XD Complete Walkthrough

Welcome to Into Indie Games’ complete walkthrough for Lily’s World XD.

It’s a desktop investigation game where you come across an old laptop you found in the dumpster. As you explore the files on the computer, you start learning about Lily, an ordinary teenager in 2004, who mysteriously disappeared. You’ll read her diary, talk with her friends, learn of an organization called the Radiant Path, and slowly begin to piece together what happened to her.

Playing The Dress Up Game

When you start the game, you’ll see the sign-in window. Click the hint button. Then enter Cat as the password to sign in to Lily’s profile.

Close the Update Complete window. Then open the Email application from the desktop. Check Lily’s Inbox.

There are a lot of emails here dating back to 2004. Close the Email window for now.

Access the Recycle Bin next. There are three files here. Check all three of them.

Finally, open the Journal and read all five entries. In the 1-5.txt, you’ll find the link for the Dress Up Game. Click the link.

Press Start when the web game window opens. Then try out different outfits on the girl.

The screen starts glitching, and things get weird when you equip the face mask from the necklace tab. It does the same thing again when you wear the Green Dress.

When you’re done, press Finish to complete the Dress Up Game. Click the advertisement in the footer of the game window.

This will open a YouTube video on your pc. Close the window and return to the game when you’re ready.

Open the Web application from the desktop next. There are four pinned websites on the home page. Click the Radiant Path website first.

The screen glitches out again. Something seems off with this organization. Check the different tabs in the Radiant Path and close the window when you’re done.

Accessing Lily’s Palster

From the Web application, go to the Palster website. But you need an email and a password to sign in. So you’ll have to do some investigation.

First, open the Email and check Lily’s Inbox. You’ll find an email from Palster that gives you the email you need to sign in to Palster.

Next, open the Drafts section of the Email app. You’ll learn that the Palster password is Lily’s crush’s name followed by the age of her cat.

To figure out Lily’s crush’s name, open the Audio application and play the first recording titled “IRIS I’M DELETING THIS“.

You’ll hear Iris teasing Lily about a boy named Alex. You can also read the 3-16.txt file in the Journal folder where Lily confesses her crush on Alex.

Then open the Web application and enter Lily’s World XD. This is Lily’s personal blog. Switch over to the About Me section of the blog and check the Any Pets? entry at the bottom.

You’ll learn that her cat, Dumpling, has been with her since 1993. Since she opened the Palster account in 2004, as you can tell from the date of the Palster confirmation email, her cat’s age would be 11.

So the password for Palster is alex11.

Use the info to sign in to the website.

You can check out Lily’s Palster to learn more about her and her friends (Alex and Iris). You can click the links under Iris and Alex to check out their profiles as well.

Accessing the Study Guide Folder

Now that you’ve accessed Palster, you can also unlock the Study Guide folder on the desktop. Try opening the folder now. You’ll see that it requires a password.

Open Lily’s Blog and navigate to her posts. She mentions adding the ability to change the background color of her blog.

Go to the blog homepage and try changing the color. Doing so reveals a URL at the bottom:

lilysworldxd.com/studyguidepassword

Enter the URL in your Web application’s address bar. This will take you to a new page where you can see the password. Unfortunately, the password is encoded.

To decrypt the emojis, you’ll have to check the text in Lily’s Blog. You’ll notice that she replaced certain letters with the emojis. Find all three emojis and the letters they replaced. Then replace the emojis in the Study Guide Password Page with the letters.

👽 = B | 🍉 = K | 🎉 = O

So the Study Guide password is Lily’s favorite book.

The answer to that is in the bio section of Lily’s Palster account. Lily’s favorite book is The Kite Runner.

Enter the password to access the Study Guide folder. You will find two recordings inside the folder. Listen to both of these files. You’ll see a window pop up updating something called the Web Watch.

Lily talks about the Radiant Path, Dr. Whitmore, and Seraphine in these recordings. She also mentions the pills she’s been taking.

Opening Iris and Lily’s Secret Chat (Seclink)

When you scroll down to the Testimonials and Comments section of Lily’s Palster page, you’ll see a comment from Iris. Note the hint and then click the link.

This takes you to the Seclink homepage. This is an online encrypted messaging app. But you’ll need to enter a secret code to unlock the chat.

Open the Messenger application on your desktop. Then open the conversation with Iris (Irislovesdogs). You can send her a text, and she’ll reply.

Scroll up through the conversation until you find a link to a playlist that Iris made for Lily. Click the link to open the playlist. It’s supposed to remind you of her favorite photo of Lily. Check the names of the songs.

Dress (Track 4) and Red (Track 5) seem a bit on the nose.

Open the Gallery application and scroll through Lily’s photos. You’ll find one picture that matches the Track Titles. Note the date the photo was taken:

2003 03 25.

Open the Seclink website and enter the code to access the Secret Chat between Lily and Iris.

The Conversation with Iris

Read the Secret Chat to learn more about them. At this point, you’ll start receiving texts from Iris on the Messenger application.

At one point, Iris will ask why Lily moved. The correct answer is Radiant Path. Type it in the chat box and hit send.

She will eventually ask for your help in finding Lily and exposing the Radiant Path.

Soon after, the chat window will disappear, and a dialogue box will pop up asking you questions.

• How did you find this laptop? – Dumpster
• So you’re honest. Let me ask another question. Who are you? – Type your name

The webcam will turn on and take a picture of you. If you’ve disabled the Use Webcam option in the game’s settings, it will take a generic photo of a person.

Once that’s done, open Messenger and continue chatting with Iris.

Investigating The Radiant Path

Iris mentions how Lily’s mom, Mei Han, started seeing the therapist Seraphine and how Lily and her mom joined the Radiant Path.

She needs your help figuring out the location of Radiant Path‘s commune, Seraphine‘s real name, and concrete evidence that Radiant Path is exploiting its members.

When she asks if you found anything about Lily on her laptop, mention Lily’s Blog. Iris will give you a link to Throwback Archive where she mentions finding new posts by Lily. She also mentions there’s something weird with the post and wants you to find it.

Open the link and enter the URL from Lily’s Blog into the text box.

Check the Rant Incoming post by Lily in the Posts section of the blog. Note how she replaced certain letters with numbers in the first paragraph of the post.

Send a text to Iris mentioning you found something, and then type 0140. Then talk to her about the GirlsOnly Forum. She’ll say that the Forum is back online.

Open the GirlsOnly Forum from your Web browser and check the thread by Lily. Then continue chatting with Iris until she sends you some image files.

Check the image. It’s an oddly modified picture of Lily.

Iris also sends you a letter that Lily gave her before leaving. Check both pages.

Iris will then ask if something strange happened on the laptop since you had it. Mention the “Web Watch” updating.

She will look up the app and see that it’s a parental control app. You’ll eventually learn about a Time Capsule that Iris and Lily kept. Iris will later send you some forums talking about the Radiant Path. You’ll have to check both forums and look for a user that stands out.

Most of these users have nothing but good to say about the Radiant Path, almost as if they’ve been brainwashed. But the user melanielove19 has a comment on the “Is this a cult?” thread where she claims to have left the Radiant Path.

Type the username in the chat, and Iris will send you the link to their Flutter page. She’ll also give you her own Flutter page link. Now you need to figure out a way to contact melanielove19.

Open Melanie Green’s Flutter page and scroll through her posts. You’ll come across her email in one of her old posts. Send the email address to Iris.

Iris will ask you to send an email to her from your real email. Choose I don’t have an email and she will send the email for you.

Melanie will reply instantly and send you a phone number that you can call to uncover the truth about the Radiant Path. Iris will tell you to call the number. Choose No if you don’t have an American number.

She will then send you a link to CallNow, a phone-calling website. Use the website to call the number. You’ll reach the voicemail of Hope Therapy Center.

You will send Iris the link to the Therapy Center in the chat. Open the link and switch to the Our Team tab on the website. You’ll see that Mei Han is part of the core team. You’ve heard this name before; it’s Lily’s mom. Type in Mei Han in the chat and send it to Iris.

The Radiant Path Quiz

In the middle of the chat, the computer glitches and you’ll see a quiz pop up on your desktop. A separate dialog box opens that tells you not to trust Iris and invites you to join the Radiant Path community. Click on Start to begin the quiz.

You’ll have to answer a series of questions. There are three options: Yes, No, or Maybe. Here’s what I picked for each question.

• Do you want to be happy? – Yes
• Is there something about yourself you wish you could change? – No
• Do looks matter? – No
• Have you ever felt lonely? – Maybe
• Have you ever felt jealous of a friend? – No
• Have you ever looked in the mirror and been disappointed with your appearance? – Yes
• Do you believe extreme actions can be justified? – No
• Have you ever felt that the lives of those around you would be better if you weren’t in them? – No
• Have you ever wanted to die? – No
• Would you give up everything to be truly happy? – No

The quiz result shows that you are complacent.

Click Finish. The screen starts to glitch out once again. When it’s over, you’re back on the desktop.

Connecting with Alex

You receive a text from Colin asking if you’re okay. Apparently, someone is looking for you. Even if you choose “Someone is out to get me”, you’ll reply “Everything is fine.” So you’re not fully in control of the laptop.

Open the Messenger program and talk to Iris. She’ll tell you that someone is looking for her too. Click the link in the chat to listen to an AI-generated audio of Iris apologizing about the Radiant Path. Choose “How are you so calm?” in the chat.

Then choose “Why continue if it’s so dangerous?” Eventually, a dialogue box pops up. Iris will send you a Seclink invite to talk to Alex. Click the link.

It will direct you to a Seclink Secret Chat with Alex. Close the Radiant Path dialogue box for now. The screen will fill up with text for a brief moment before disappearing.

You will learn more about Lily during your conversation with Alex. Start by asking about Lily’s mom and continue along with the conversation.

The Time Capsule

After the conversation, Iris will text you again. She’ll send you an image of a Flyer that was taped to her front door. Click the link to view the Radiant Retreat Flyer.

The conversation continues some more before she sends you a few links. Check each of the links.

The first one is an image for a visiting card for Dr. Oberon. There’s an Activation Code (ETAN8) in the top-left corner, along with a website link for Oberon Plastic Surgery.

You’ll also get an image of a Prescription. It’s issued by Dr. Felix Whitmore to a patient named E. Tan. There’s also a link written on the prescription.

Mention the website, then go to the link. You’ll be able to download a photo. The photo is transparent with white circles on it. Iris wants you to figure out if it can help reveal any secrets.

Open your gallery and find the letter that Lily sent to Iris before leaving. Layer the image with the white circles over the letter. Note that the highlighted letters make up the word Calculator.

There’s a Calculator program on the laptop. But you need to figure out what to write on it.

Head to the archived version of Lily’s blog via Throwback Archive. Remember the numbers on the Rant Incoming post? These are the numbers you’ll need.

Enter the numbers 0140 into the Calculator and click the Equal button. It turns into Ohio. Tell Iris what you found, and the screen glitches out again.

A command box opens up on your desktop, almost as if you’re being hacked.

This sends you directly into the Maze Game. To complete the Maze Game, you have to move the cursor over to the yellow box without touching the sides. Close the dialog boxes, press Try again, and complete the levels.

Keep clearing the levels, and eventually, the screen will fill up with dialog boxes.

You’ll get sent back to the desktop. The transfer is aborted.

Logging into Oberon’s Plastic Surgery

Check your gallery. The images are all messed up.

Chat with Iris using the Messenger and continue the conversation. She’ll ask if you managed to log in to the Plastic Surgery website as a patient.

Go to the website using the link in the chat and enter the Activation Code and the Date of Birth.

• The Activation Code is on the visiting card: ETan8
• The Date of Birth is in the Prescription: 04/08/1968

Download the PDF once you log in. It’s a post-operative instruction for Liposuction. Type instructions for liposuction in the chat and send it to Iris.

Finding E. Tan’s Full Name

Now you need to find E. Tan‘s full name. Iris will give you a link to a people finder website. Open the link. Then enter E. Tan in the search box and press Enter. You’ll find six results. Check each of them.

Note that Evelyn Tan has the same Date of Birth as the E. Tan in the prescription. This is the person you’re looking for, aka Seraphine.

When you send the name to Iris, she flips out. She finds Evelyn Tan’s Palster profile and sends you the link. Open the link and check out her profile. You’ll find a link to her blog: live laugh love again.

The Radiant Journey

Check the blog. You’ll learn that this is a divorce blog. Tell Iris this is how the Radiant Path started.

Suddenly, you get pulled into a new window: Your Radiant Journey. Press Start.

This is essentially another mini-game. Here are the tasks you have to do:

• Pull both feet onto the weight machine.
• Click Join
• Drag the Shadow of the girl outward
• Click the broccoli to eat it
• Keep tapping the Spacebar to run on the treadmill
• Drag the pill to your mouth.
• Click on the Instapix app
• Drag both feet on the weight machine

Click Yes to return to your desktop. The Web browser is open, and you’re at a Hosty link inviting you to the Radiant Retreat.

Investigating the Radiant Retreat

Open the Messenger and talk to Iris again. She wants you to figure out where the Radiant Retreat is taking place.

To find the location, you’ll have to open the Flyer image that Iris sent you earlier. You’ll find it in your Gallery. Note the city welcome sign in the top-left corner of the Flyer. Unfortunately, the name of the city is cut off in the middle.

Take a Screenshot of the welcome sign and do a Google search for it. You’ll learn the name of the city shown in the Flyer: City of Calabasas. Send the city name to Iris, and she’ll send you two more links to check.

Check the Upgig link first. This is a job application looking for a Retreat Coordinator for Holistic Living.

Go to the Bizsearchonline link next and look up Holistic Living. You’ll learn that they are doing business both as Radiant Path Retreats and Soul Warriors.

Click on Soul Warriors. It will take you to a Seekle result page. Check the Interview first, and then click the Loopster video titled “Let’s become Soul Warriors!“

As the video plays, you can now send a text to Iris informing her that Holistic Living and the Radiant Path are the same organization.

Accessing the Secret Folder

After learning of this, Iris will send you a link to her own Loopster account. Eventually, she’ll ask if you’ve managed to access Lily’s Secret Folder. Say No.

She’ll tell you to check her Flutter account for a post she made about the superpower Lily wanted to have. This is the password you’ll need to access the Secret Folder.

Look for a post made on July 25, 2026, for the answer: Teleportation.

Use the password to unlock the Secret Folder.

The Room Simulation

After opening the Secret Folder, you’ll find three image files, a Diet Log note, and an audio file named Simon. Check all of them.

In the Diet Log, you’ll find a section with a top-secret project for Iris. It tells you to open the maze game, go left, go up, and then click three times.

Open the Maze Game from your desktop and navigate to the section here, as shown in the image above. Click the mouse button three times.

Doing so reveals a hidden message: Black Light.

Type Black Light and send it to Iris. She’ll mention them exchanging secret messages using spy ink pens. Also ask her about what she wants to do once you find Lily.

Continue along with the conversation. Eventually, the screen will begin to glitch out once again. Dialog boxes will start popping up. Click the button in the dialog box to progress.

When you get back to the desktop, there’s black text at the bottom of your screen. Continue chatting with Lily.

She will send you a link to a video file. Click the link.

Close the video window when you’re done. You get pulled into another strange mini-game. This one is pretty simple. Just click on the items related to your task. You can switch to different rooms by hovering your mouse over the edge of the screen.

The last task has you finding a gun. It’s in the bag beside the cabinet in the bedroom. Click on it, and you’ll return to the desktop.

Investigating Dr. Whitmore

Open the Messenger app and tell Iris about what happened.

Continue along the conversation. When she asks if she should go back home, suggest staying where she is.

She’ll eventually send you a link to Medboard and ask you to look up Dr. Whitmore’s medical ID. Click the link to open the website.

Navigate to License Search and enter the License Number from the prescription image into the search box. Hit Search.

This will take you to Dr. Whitmore‘s medical profile. You’ll learn that he is on a 30-day license suspension, 1 year of probation, and a fine of $5000 for dispensing the wrong drug.

Tell Iris what you found. She did some research of her own and came up with Dr. Whitmore’s email address:

drfelixwhitmore@gmail.com

Head over to the Radiant Path website and navigate to the Members Area. Then enter Dr. Whitmore’s email into the email field and select Forgot Password.

Enter the email once again and select Next. You’ll now have to answer a security question:

• What is our great leader’s real name? – Evelyn Tan.

This will give you the password for Dr. Whitmore’s account: beautyispain.

Use the email and the password to log in to Radiant Retreat’s Members’ Area. Unfortunately, your session gets terminated.

As soon as this happens, the computer starts to glitch again as your laptop gets reset.

Text Iris and quickly let her know what you found. She’ll ask you to find her in Seclink after the Reset. The Code is the same as the one you used to access Iris and Lily’s Secret Chat. The laptop resets soon after this.

After the Reset

Press the Sign In button to enter the desktop. Pretty much everything from the laptop has been wiped. But there’s a Recovered Files folder on the desktop. Open it, then open the Web Watch app inside the folder.

It opens the Web Watch window. You can access the flagged history and banned websites.

It leads to six images from Lily’s profile. You haven’t seen them before.

Check the banned websites. There are two websites here: one is a news article related to a missing college student named Simon; the second is a missing report for the same person.

With that out of the way, open the Web browser from the desktop and go to Seclink. The code is in the Notes program on your desktop. Use the code to enter the Secret Chat with Iris.

Start talking with Iris. When given the option, choose “Let’s do it.” Eventually, a user named Lily2 will enter the chat.

It’s obvious that this is the Radiant Path trying to split you up. Unfortunately, Iris can’t tell which user is real. The Lily2 user even shows the webcam photo it took of you earlier to confuse Iris even further.

Iris will, at one point, drop an image in the chat revealing the hidden message in Lily’s letter. Download and open the photo. There’s an email and a password hidden in the letter.

Let the conversation run its course, and eventually, Iris will kick you out of the Secret Chat. You have no way to get back in touch with Iris at the moment.

The Radiant Path

Go to the Radiant Path‘s website: theradiantpath.com. Enter the following:

• Email: radiantlilyhan@hotmail.com
• Password: secretletter

The password doesn’t work. It was changed 21 years ago. Click the Forgot Password button. Enter the email once again and click Next.

You’ll have to answer a security question. But instead of a question, there’s a link to a website. Click the link.

Now you need to answer three questions to prove that you are Lily’s BFF:

• What is our secret phrase that we call each other? – Spoon buddy
• What is my go to karaoke song? – Dancing queen by abba
• What is my favorite animal? – Cat

You’ll find the answers to these questions in the image of the note in the Recovered Files folder.

Submit the answers in the quiz to get the password for Radiant Path.

Go back to the Radiant Path website and enter the password: comefindme123. This will allow you to enter the Member Area of Lily Han on the website.

Investigating Lily’s Disappearance

Now that you’re in, note the links at the bottom of the first page. Each of these links will lead to more pages, where you’ll find more links. Take a moment to go through the information.

When you click on the Commune link, it’ll take you to a window where you have to complete a Knowledge Check. There are five statements with numbers assigned to them. You need to arrange the events in chronological order, and then enter the number in the field below.

For this puzzle, you’ll want to do some research. Go through the different pages in the Member’s Area, and you’ll learn the following:

• The Divine Leadership was established in August 2012
• Seraphine created the mirror exercise in March 2003
• Seraphine founded the Radiant Path in 2002
• Seraphine hosts the first retreat in January 2002
• Seraphine’s blog hits 10,000 followers in January 2003

Enter the correct number (43521), depending on the order of events, into the field and click submit. This lets you access the Commune page.

Click the Ohio Site link and then the Incident Report link on the next page to navigate to the incident report page. There are two fields here, and you’ll need to know the Full Subject ID and Full Commune Manager ID to access the reports.

Finding The Full Subject ID

Head to the Divine Leaders page from the home page. Note the name of the Case Manager (Faustine Leigh) and the Commune Manager (Curtis Atherton)

Then navigate to the Recent Ex-Members page. Here are the links you need to follow: Divine Leaders > Georgie > Retreat Rules > Recent ex-members

Enter the Case Manager‘s name, Faustine Leigh, into the box and click Submit. This will take you to the page where you can see the recent ex-members along with their Full ID.

The Full Subject ID is basically the first letter of their first and last name, followed by a dash, and a unique four-digit number afterward.

From here, you can also click on Iris Wang and check what the Radiant Path has on her.

With that done, open the Flagged History from your Recovered Files and open the thread by Lily on the Life After Cults forum. She mentions her four-digit ID (2834) in the thread.

Since her full name is Lily Han, her Full Subject ID is LH-2834.

Finding the Full Commune Manager ID

With that done, head over to the homepage. Then follow this sequence: Radiant Retreat > Retreat Schedule.

In the bottom-right corner, near the end of the schedule, you’ll find the four-digit number for the Commune Manager (1947).

Since the Commune Manager for Ohio is Curtis Atherton, his Full Commune Manager ID is CA-1947

Exposing the Truth

Go back to the Incident Report page and enter the following:

• Full Commune Manager ID: CA-1947
• Full Subject ID: LH-2834

This gives you access to Lily’s incident report page. There are a bunch of images here.

Go through each of the images. Incident Page 1 and Incident Page 2 will tell you all you need to know about Lily’s fate.

You can also check the Voice Note for an audio recording of how the Radiant Path upped Lily’s dosage.

When you’re ready, click the Share Files button at the bottom and select Send.

This will trigger a cutscene.

When the cutscene ends, the game skips to a year later. You receive an email from Iris Wang inviting you to her art show. Check all the links and attachments in the mail.

Then check your Inbox for an email from Chris at the Crawford Police Department. They want to interview you regarding the ongoing investigation into The Radiant Path Ohio Uprising. It seems the members were not pleased once you exposed the truth.

Close the mail and click the Shut Down button at the bottom right to shut off your computer.
