Pathologic 3 is a psychological horror game set in a town gripped by sickness, fear, and impossible moral choices. You play as Daniil Dankovsky, a Bachelor of Medicine, obsessed with death and immortality. As you travel to a strange town full of weird customs in search of an immortal man named Simon Kain, you find yourself trapped in a fight for survival.
Time is not linear in this game. Your journey unfolds slowly across 12 days with each decision rippling throughout the story, shaping the fate of the town and its inhabitants. This hub will feature walkthroughs for each day of the game, helping you navigate its shifting timelines as you make difficult choices.
