Project Songbird is one of those indie horror games that will stick with you for a long time. While it is genuinely scary, it is also unexpectedly emotional, and the story packs a punch that is more impactful than you might expect. While combat, puzzle-solving, and exploration don’t always come together quite right, you can tell that a lot is being attempted here, and for a game of this scope, it is swinging for the fences big time.
