Day 1 and Day 2

Days 1 and Day 2 are all about learning the basics — inspecting people, managing limited resources, and making uncomfortable calls under pressure. Read More

Days 3 and 4 are about mounting pressure with waves of Zombies and you taking them out with Drones and also using the hammer to check for more infected. Read More

On Days 5 and 6, you go through your first Evacuation and then get the Scanner to add a layer of complexity to the inspections. Read More

Days 7 and 8, sees you check for contraband. You will also have access to the Laboratory, where you need to extract infected organs to discover new symptoms. Additionally, the bulletin board will start putting up requests to make your life harder.
Day 9 and Day 10

Day 9 and Day 10 are days when you get access to the stethoscope and have to check for breathing. You also have to capture a zombie in a cage and evacuate it on Day 10. We cover everything below. Read More

Day 11 and Day 12 are days the game starts applying even more pressure. You get a syringe that can definitively tell if a survivor is infected. Number of survivors go up as well. So do the waves at night. Read more.
Day 13 and Day 14

On Day 15 and Day 16 you get the Matioscope, which allows to inspect the retina of the survivors. Day 15 is an evacuation day as well. Survivors now have contraband hidden inside their bodies now. Read More

From Day 17 and Day 18, the game slows down. You have unlocked all the possible equipment, and now it’s just keeping a steady ship to get to the last day.
