Welcome to the Into Indie Games walkthrough for Ruffy and the Riverside! The walkthrough for the full game is under construction and will be available soon.
Ruffy and the Riverside is a hand-drawn 3D puzzle platformer that has been developed by Zockrates Laboratories and published by Phiphen Games. To learn more about the game, check out the official website here.
It follows the adventures of a bear named Ruffy, who has the ability to ‘SWAP’ textures in the world, which allows him to transform the sun into the moon and waterfalls into climbable ivy, amongst many other actions.
Ruffy and the Riverside will be available on PC, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch, on 26 June 2025.

Ruffy and the Riverside Walkthrough – The Beginning
In the second part of our walkthrough for Ruffy and the Riverside, we visit the Beach and Water Point, as well as the two Hands of Hope in their respectively noble towers, and then, enter the Basilica of the Besties.

In the second part of our walkthrough for Ruffy and the Riverside, we visit the first Buried City, then encounter Crash Island, before making our way to the Pyramid, all with the goal of finding the First Letter.
