Solateria is a parry-focused metroidvania developed by Studio Doodal, where you play as a tiny fire warrior named Tott. As you travel across a world ravaged by a mysterious infection called the Shadow Plague in search of the King, you’ll make new allies and uncover a secret that has long been forgotten.

Part 1: Silent Ruins

Tott, the Pyron Warrior, starts his journey in the Silent Ruins, answering the call to find the King. But the world is infected with Shadow Plague, and a mad ferryman guards your path to the Earth Core.

Part 2: Earth Core

After making our way through the Silent Ruins and taking on the ferryman Charon, we find ourselves at the entrance of Earth Port.

Part 3: Terradin Greenhouse

We’ve unlocked our first major traversal upgrade, the Air Dodge, and managed to reach the Terradin Greenhouse Entrance Altar after defeating Fidiel. Terradin Greenhouse is a large zone that connects to other zones. But for now, our goal is to get to the Ashen Hills to the northeast.

Part 4: Ashen Hills

We’ve made it through the Terradin Greenhouse and got past the Guardian of Pyron to arrive at the entrance of Ashen Hills. The Ashen Library is nearby, but there’s a lot to go through before we can reach it.

Part 5: Water Mirror Basin (First Exploration)

We’ve made it to the Ashen Library and explored much of Ashen Hills. But before we head toward the Faded Castle, we’re going to take a step back and take some time exploring the Water Mirror Basin.
