Tales of Berseria Remastered features a story of vengeance where you play the role of Velvet Crowe. She’s trying to find her brother-in-law to exact her revenge on him for sacrificing her siblings. However, that is not going to be so easy, as her brother-in-law is the leader of the exorcists’ Abbey, and has the support of the people and the kingdom as he fights against the Deamonblight, a plague affecting the land that turns humans into monsters. On your journey, you’ll find allies that share the same goals as Velvet. You’ll then have to make way to the capital to find Artorius Collbrande and help Velvet take her vengeance.

1. Prologue
Discover the origins of Velvet Crowe’s determination and her hate for the man who took everything away from her. You’ll then have to escape the Titania prison with a few other allies as you finally start planning your vengeance. Read more
2. Repairing The Ship
Velvet and friends must find a way to repair their ship if they hope to make it to Loegres. Search in the port town of Hellawes to find any capable shipwrights that can repair your ship, but there’s a Praetor Exorcist here that is going to make things far more challenging. Read more
3. The Reaper
Velvet’s ship is attacked by a group of pirates. Here, you’ll meet Eizen, a Malak who calls himself the Reaper. He’ll help you infiltrate Vortigern, the Sea Gate Fortress. You’ll have to unlock the gigantic gate so your ship can pass through and make its way towards Loegres. Read more
4. The Empyrean’s Throne
Velvet arrives in Loegres, and with the help of a local network, she’s able to sneak into the Empyrean’s Throne. After suffering a crushing defeat at the hands of Artorius, the party manages to escape to the Earthpulse. On their journey, they’ll also encounter a swordbreaker and face off against Shigure, Rokurou’s nemesis. Read more
5. The Therions
Head to the southern continent to meet up with Grimoirh and get the Innominat’s book translated. You’ll then have to look for Therions all over the world as you uncover more secrets about Innominat, the Daemonblight, and Aifread. You’ll also have to head back to Velvet’s home village. Read more
6. The Lord Of Calamity
Velvet manages to escape from Innominat as Laphicet starts to develop a new arte. You’ll have to fight against Aifread and the two Legates. Velvet then wakes up the four Empyreans to shrink Innominat’s domain, and then she heads to the throne to finally claim her vengeance against Artorius and Innominat. Read more
