The Occultist is a first-person horror investigation game where you play as the paranormal investigator Alan Rebels as he journeys to the abandoned British island, Godstone, in the wake of his father’s sudden disappearance. Your only companion is a mystical pendulum that lets you ward off supernatural entities, find hidden secrets, and uncover long-buried occult rituals.
Puzzles are a huge part of the game, and you’ll need to use your wits to progress. On this page, you’ll find the solution to all the puzzles you’ll come across, along with the location of all hidden collectibles you can pick up as you make your way through Godstone.

Part 1: Arriving at Godstone, Parker’s House & The Barn
As Alan Rebels arrives at the island, everything seems awfully quiet at first. However, as he heads deeper, things take a darker, more sinister turn.
Part 2: Godstone Memorial Hospital
Escaping the Parkers’ House and Barn, Alan finds himself at the front gates of the Godstone Memorial Hospital. As he heads inside, he’s met with a sinister presence roaming the empty halls of the facility.
Part 3: Godstone Orphanage
While escaping the hospital, Alan gets ambushed by a giant monster and loses consciousness. When he regains his senses, he finds himself in the basement of Godstone Orphanage, where spooky animatronics roam the hallways.
Part 4: Godstone Circus
Alan Rebels finally makes it out of the Godstone Orphanage after piecing the statue back together. But as he walks out, a giant clown’s head looms over the distance, faintly visible in thick fog.
Part 5: The Cemetery
Newfish’s old motorboat takes Alan Rebels to the docks of a decrepit cemetery across the river. More danger awaits our protagonist as he uncovers the truth of the curse that befell Godstone Island.
Part 6: Redler Manor & Finale
After trudging his way past the Cemetery, Alan Rebels makes it to the grounds of the Redler Manor. His journey is nearing its end, but the danger is far from over as he is committed to breaking the curse of Godstone Island.
