Paradox Interactive has just released Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2. The reception of the game is not very positive, as even fans of the franchise have mixed thoughts. Bloodlines 2 Chapter 1 – Intro And To Taste A Foreign Body
The first chapter of the game introduces Fabien, a voice that lives inside your head. With his instructions, you’ll need to escape a building full of police officers. During this sequence, you’ll also discover several of your vampiric abilities that you can use throughout the game. At the end of the chapter, you will be asked to choose a clan, which can be a challenging decision. My playthrough simplifies the intro and the first chapter, guiding you step-by-step on exactly what to do.
Bloodlines 2 Chapter 2 – In Chains Of Lead And Gold
After escaping the building, you’ll be able to explore the world outside and unlock your first abilities. That said, the second chapter isn’t as straightforward as the first, as it introduces more characters and dialogue options to choose from. To get the most out of the chapter, follow my walkthrough and explore everything thoroughly.
Bloodlines 2 Chapter 3 – The Fires Of Industry
The next chapter tasks you with meeting the Prince. The Weaver Tower has also been breached by ghouls, so expect a lot of combat. That said, finding your way to the 21st floor can be a bit tricky, and you’ll encounter several new characters along the way, including the Prince. Therefore, you’ll need to select the appropriate dialogue options to navigate the situation effectively. Read my walkthrough for the best possible experience.
Bloodlines 2 Chapter 4 – The Cigarette Girl
After finally meeting with the prince, your next task would be to help her with a task. However, after sleeping at the haven, you will wake up as Fabien, and the whole quest will be based on him. You will discover new abilities, lead some investigations, and much more. So read my complete walkthrough of the fourth chapter in Bloodlines 2 to have the best possible experience.
Bloodlines 2 Chapter 5 – A Star Of Cold Aspect
After clearing the quest as Fabien, you will wake up again as Phyre, and now it is time to hunt down Benny. This quest features a lot of travelling and fights with ghouls. There are also quite a few Phyre’s marks in the area. It also features a pretty intense boss fight, and there are many important decisions to make in Chapter Five. I have prepared a complete walkthrough for you to have the best possible experience in this chapter.
Bloodlines 2 Chapter 6, 7, 8, And 9 – Keep the Peace, Turning Down The Heat, Taste and Discretion, And The Dutiful Beloved
Having completed the fifth quest, A Star of Cold Aspect in the game, you will be tasked with selecting a quest from a map. There would be three quests: Turning Down The Heat, Taste and Discretion, and The Dutiful Beloved. After completing these quests, you will unlock Keep the Peace, which is pretty straightforward. However, the first three quests are quite complicated, but I tried to simplify them as much as possible in my walkthrough.
Bloodlines 2 Chapter 10 – Blood Sisters – The Night Out
After completing Keep the Peace, you will be back in the sunflower fields as Fabien. You will be playing the next quest, Blood Sisters – The Night Out, completely as Fabien. This quest is quite complicated, as it involves conducting numerous investigations. I have tried to make Blood Sisters – The Night Out as simple as possible in my walkthrough, so if you want to have the best experience, give it a read.
Bloodlines 2 Chapter 11 – A Work Of Holy Innocents
The next quest in the game is A Work of Holy Innocents, which can be quite complicated. You will need to find an alternative way to enter Atrium and fight many ghouls. It also includes a puzzle that can be frustrating to solve. In addition, you will have to face a boss similar to Benny, whom you fought earlier. I have simplified the quest as much as possible in my walkthrough, so read it for the best experience.
Bloodlines 2 Chapter 12 – To Founder On The Lethe
After finishing Chapter 11, A Work of Holy Innocents, the next one on your list is To Founder on the Lethe. This chapter can be pretty tricky since it’s packed with intense combat sequences and two puzzles that can really mess with your head. To make things easier, check out my walkthrough for a smooth and simple way to get through this chapter.
Bloodlines 2 Chapter 13 – In Memoriam
The next quest is In Memoriam, where you play as Fabien. Playing as Fabien involves a lot of investigation, which can make the quest somewhat challenging to complete. However, my walkthrough makes the entire quest quite simple, so do give it a read.
Bloodlines 2 Chapter 14, 15, 16, And 17 – Prove Yourself, Tome Alone, A Plaything Discarded, And A Little Book of Blackmail
After you have completed In Memoriam in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2, you will unlock three quests. Completing all three quests will further unlock another quest, Prove Yourself. Completing these quests can be time taking so to make things easier for yourself, read my thorough walkthrough.
Bloodlines 2 Chapter 18 – The Mother
Having completed the previous four quests, the next one on your list is The Mother. In this chapter, you once again play as Fabien, so yes, you’ll need to do a lot of investigating. Here you can find my walkthrough detailing everything about the chapter.
Bloodlines 2 Chapter 19 & 20 – As Above, So Below And The Pathways Of Hesperides
After The Mother quest in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2, the next two quests will take you into the underground area. Both of these quests can be quite complicated, but in my walkthrough, I have made them as simple as possible, so give it a read.
Bloodlines 2 Chapter 21 & 22 – We Don’t Do Ghost Stories & The Prince Of Seattle
The next chapter, We Don’t Do Ghost Stories, includes some quite complicated tasks. This quest is followed by The Prince of Seattle, which explores the past and helps you understand much of the plot. That said, the first quest is quite difficult and includes a decision that is extremely important, as it plays a key role in determining which ending you will get. Read my walkthrough to find out the best option to choose.
Bloodlines 2 Chapter 23, 24, 25, & 26 – Seattle’s New Normal & Three Sub Quests
After you have completed The Prince of Seattle, you will need to finish three quests to unlock Seattle’s New Normal. All of these quests can take a lot of time to complete if you do not know what to do. Read my walkthrough to make the experience easier and more enjoyable.
Bloodlines 2 Chapter 27, 28, & 29 – End Game
Now, you have only three quests left before the game is over. These quests include important conversations and decisions. On top of that, you will have to face a very tough boss. However, in my walkthrough, I have tried to simplify things as much as possible, so give it a read for the best experience.
