Yakuza Kiwami 3 is the remake of the original game in the franchise. According to the fandom, the remake is not faithful to the original game as it completely changed the ending and removed some important content. Yakuza games consist of many lengthy cutscenes, and you may feel that they are longer than the actual gameplay. However, the cutscenes are extremely engaging and are essential to the story. Yakuza games are not just about the gameplay. The plot is on another level, and to truly experience it, you should not skip any of the cutscenes.

Chapter 1: New Beginnings – Walkthrough
In this chapter, you will be introduced to the basics of the new and overhauled combat mechanics. It also features a pretty interesting boss fight. Read my walkthrough to understand everything and make your experience better.
Chapter 2: The Ryudo Encounter – Walkthrough
After you have completed the first chapter, you will face the Ryudo family. You will learn a new battle style, and aside from that, you will join a new gang. Here, you can find a complete walkthrough on how to complete this chapter easily and effectively.
Chapter 3: Power Struggle – Walkthrough
This chapter features a lot of fighting. You will need to defeat many Tamashiro family members, along with the boss. Here, you will find a complete walkthrough of the chapter along with my tips on how you can defeat the goons and the boss.
Chapters 4 And 5: The Man In The Sketch & The Curtain Rises – Walkthrough
After completing the third chapter, you will have to help the Hasai girls again, and this time you will be by their side for quite a while. After you are done helping them, you will have to go back to Kamurocho, as things will start to get more serious. Read my walkthrough to complete these chapters easily.
Chapters 6 And 7: Gameplan & The Mad Dog – Walkthrough
The next two chapters likely feature the most boss fights compared to any other chapters. In Gameplan and The Mad Dog, you will have to fight Kanda twice, once in each chapter. Then, at the end of the chapter, you will have to go against the one-eyed demon, Majima. Read my walkthrough to make the experience better for you.
Chapters 8, 9, And 10: Conspirators, The Plot, & Unfinished Business – Walkthrough
Chapters 8, 9, and 10 are not as long as the others, but they can still be challenging to complete, mainly because of the boss fights. Read my walkthrough for some tips on how to defeat the bosses easily.
Chapters 11 And 12: Crisis & The End Of Ambition
Now that you are in the endgame, just a few more boss fights and cutscenes are left before you can see the credits. However, it can be a little challenging to defeat all of the bosses, as some tough boss fights await you. Read my walkthroughs to finish the game more easily and confidently without frustration.
Dark Ties Walkthrough – Chapters 1, 2, And 3: Hunger, Complicity, & The Kirin’s Ambition
Dark Ties is completely new content added to the remake of Yakuza 3. It follows the story of how Mine climbed the ranks among the Yakuza despite having no initial ties at all. There are many challenging fights throughout the story, so be sure to read my walkthrough on all three chapters of the DLC to make your experience smoother, more enjoyable, and far less frustrating overall.
