Chapter 2 of 1348 Ex Voto takes you through a mountain trail leading to a distant keep. On your way, you visit caves, ruins, and an old tower filled with Briganti raiders. You can collect herbs, food, upgrade papers, and sword parts like the Impera Pommel, Impera Grip, and even the San Leone trinket located inside a church. After clearing your enemies and exploring all the hidden areas inside the church, you continue your mountain trail until you reach the bridge leading to the keep, enter through the stables, and trigger the chapter-ending cutscene.
Chapter 2: The Mountains
The game now pops you at the beginning of a mountain range. Keep following the path and you will eventually see a keep. Go to the right and drop down. Keep going straight past the waterfall and the lake. You can pick up herbs and sage from the ground in this area. Climb up the ledges on the left at the end of the path.
Climb and keep moving along the stony path; keep to the left, and you will see an old dwelling. Drop down and loot the place.
Go through to the right and climb up the ledges. Vault over the fallen log and climb the next set of ledges and then drop down. Go past the broken cart after looting the food around the carts. Go through the small archway and into and open area to fight a Briganti.
To the left is another ledge and around the corner are stairs leading to more Briganti. Take them out and head into the cave. Climb up the ledges here and go through. You will see an abandoned tower now. Go inside and loot the paper. You cant climb up so go back out and take the path on the left up the hill. You will see a cave. Head in.
Climb up the ledges here and you will be behind the tower. Pick up the herbs from the ground and go in. Climb up the stairs and observe the path below. On the left is a table with an Impera Pommel, a sword part to improve your sword.
Go back down and head up the hill. Eventually you will reach another cave. Climb up the ledges and into the cave. You will find a camp. Loot the food here and take care of the raider in the sleeping area. Climb up and over the ledge and you will have to fight another Briganti. There are more caves on the left here as well as more raiders. Kill the raiders inside the cave. Go up the ledges here and turn to the right to fight two more raiders. Head inside the cave on the left and go up the ledges, loot the food and look out to see the keep.
Drop down and jump over the gaps and you will see a Church on the left. Go in and pick up a trinket, San Leone from the church podium.
There is paper in the inner chamber as well. There are stairs leading up near the front door. And you can loot some paper from the stone table. On the far end of this corridor is a wine rack that you can move to access a hidden area.
Go down into the cave and you can pick up another sword part, Impera Grip that is resting on a fallen pillar.
Go up the ramp and through the small cave back into the church. There is a library here on the right. Go in and loot some more paper. Go around and head down and out of the church. Keep making your way to the Keep. Pick up the herbs on your way, and you will reach the bridge leading to the keep. Crouch and enter the keep. Check the stables to see a dead horse. Go inside through the door on the left to trigger a cutscene.
