In Chapter 5 of 1348 Ex Voto, Aeta searches a besieged town for Bianca. You move through narrow streets, houses, and rooftops while collecting supplies and documents, fighting a number of groups of Flagellanti along the way. After being informed by a hidden survivor that there are prisoners in the church, you must fight in this area, search buildings for loot such as the Chess Queen trinket, and then arrive at the church to see in a cutscene that Bianca has been taken to the amphitheater.
Chapter 5: The Town
Head towards the town in the distance. Go up the path on the right and follow it till you reach the town gates. Take a right from there and crouch to enter the town. Follow the streets and take the left path up to the house on the left where the archway is blocked by a crate.
Move the crate and enter. Go up the stairs and into the balcony. Pick up the apples from the alcove and the table has paper. Go back out now, follow the way you came. Back outside, make your way to the barricade. Turn to the right and go inside the house. Raid the kitchen for supplies and make your way through the house. Jump over the balcony and head down to the streets. Go past the unfinished stone work and push the cart out of the way.
Climb up the scaffolding to the left and turn the winch to drop the stones on the cart. Jump over and vault the wall. Follow the path and up the houses will you reach the catacombs. Most of the doors are barred and wont open and Aeta will call out to the people in hiding. You will find a wall adjoined to a house where the woman will tell you that the prisoners are at the church.
On the right side of this wall is a crate that you can push to the wall, so that you can climb over. Follow the path and you will see a Flagellanti cross the terrace above. Take the stairs on the right and through the archway, turn around and up the stairs. Go inside the house to find paper and provisions. On the terrace you can see the church tower. You will have to face three Flagellanti here. Take them out. Go down the stairs till you reach the part of the town that has been sacked. Follow the stairs down to a fallen cart and fight off the three Flagellanti here.
Go around the corner to the large house and pick up the loot. At the end of the path climb up the wall and into the balcony to find a trinket, on the chess table, Chess Queen.
Go back out and climb over the wooden roof and to the other house. Inside you will have to fight another Flagellanti monk. Go out the other side and pick up the food at the bottom from the table. Go around and enter the doorway under the stairs to reach the church. Take the door on the left of the altar for another altercation. Three more monks, take them out.
This will trigger a cutscene. Bianca has been taken to the amphitheater. After the cutscene this chapter will end.
