Restoring the Signal is a quest in Angst: A Tale of Survival that requires you to get inside the Rescue Station. Moving inside this station isn’t easy, as you need to repair the bridge using the required materials. Your signal gets intercepted by an unknown error while talking to your savior in the Old Radio.
Speaking with this person is crucial because he gives you objectives to survive in the harsh environment. You will encounter the wolf on your way, which must be defeated using the Stone Knife.

Initiate Restoring the Signal
As you progress in Angst: A Tale of Survival, you will gain a new mission or objective. Open your quest menu from the icon in the top right corner of the screen. Click on the Restoring the Signal quest to learn your objective.
The first thing you need to do is to repair the bridge located southeast of the cabin. Once you enter the Rescue Station, locate the Signal Amplifier and use it to repair the Old Radio in the cabin.
Repair the Southeast Bridge
Make your way out of the cabin and open your map to know your current location. Keep moving on the southeast side of the cabin till you find the broken bridge. Keep moving on the southeast side to find the broken bridge.
Keep moving in a straight direction and get inside the abandoned structure to pick up the notes on your left. There’s a box on your right; interact with it to collect the materials. You can find the painkiller and 3x Rope from it, so add them to your backpack.
After taking a few steps ahead, you will find the broken bridge. Interact with it to learn the required materials to repair it. You need 6x Wood and 4x Stick to repair the southeast bridge. Wood and Stick can easily be obtained by cutting down the trees using the Stone Axe. Once you have the required materials, interact with the Broken Bridge and repair it.
Get Inside the Rescue Station
Pass through the bridge and get ready to fight the wolf. This enemy will attack you suddenly, so you need to equip the Stone Knife before going through the bridge. Each weapon has unique power and attack speed, as well as durability tied to how well it withstands enemy attacks when used for blocking.
Press the LMB to attack with the weapon and the RMB to block the attacks. Attack the wolf with the knife till it dies. Once you kill the wolf, you can obtain the Raw Wolf Meat. Go to the right side of the cabin and collect the notes from the bench. Get inside the Rescue Station and interact with the Fuse Box.
Repair the Fuse Box
There’s no light in the station, as the Fuse Box is broken. The objective here is to locate the Fuse and fix the Fuse Box to turn on the lights. Move outside of the Rescue Station and interact with the yellow car from the front. You can collect the Fuse and Metal Parts from it.
Interact with the car’s trunk and collect the Fabrics. Make your way back to the Rescue Station and interact with the Fuse Box. Deliver the Fuse to repair the Fuse Box. Doing so allows you to light up the station.
However, you need to find the Radio Part to complete the Restoring the Signal mission. Move back to the second room and collect the Snow Gloves and shoes from the safe storage. The shoes increase your stamina by +50% and the Snow Gloves allow the torch to burn longer by +50%.
Open your backpack and drop the Shoes and Gloves into your inventory to equip them. Interact with the Comm Panel and listen to the unknown voices.
