The plot in Big Hops starts to escalate as Hops is now separated from his sister Lily. He finds himself in a mysterious Forest Shrine underground, and to get back to her sister, he cooperates with a statue. You need to find all three totems before he is willing to help you out. Forest Shrine Walkthrough
You will now fall down to the bottom of the shrine, and you need to make your way up. Go forward in the only way possible. When you reach a dead end, crouch jump. climb up the wall and dive to the next platform. Drop down and grab an acorn from the bush, which will grow into a beanstalk if you throw it. Aim toward the cliff and reach the beanstalk to climb up.
Go ahead and catch a plant hopper. Grow another beanstalk to get up on a higher platform. Place it closer to the wall. When you get up, a statue will talk to you. You need to find three totems.
The First Totem
Go to the left patch, where you see a flying apple near a pillar. Catch the blue Hairstreak Butterfly near the water. Climb the pillar and swing through the apple. There are more of these ahead. To get to the platform far away, stand near the stone, which will push you there.
The harder challenge is getting back. Use the apple to go left, and then pick up an acorn. Throw it all the way towards the cliff on the right side. You can now climb it up. You will find another coin and some pinkie petals here. Pull the lever to activate the stone catapult, which will throw you far.
The Second Totem
Head to the path on the right next. Jump down, and you will find a stone catapult to activate. It will push you above a fence. Here, you need to pull the catapult towards the middle to go ahead. Make sure to pick up the coins on a tall stone first. On the next platform, you will find a coin if you circle behind.
You will find another movable catapult which you can move to get a blue coin on a structure. Go and collect the next totem near you, and then jump down the plank. Pull the lever to make two platforms and use the catapult to get back up.
The Third Totem
You can spot the Third Totem just behind the fence. Place a mushroom near it and then climb up. Drop down, and you will see an acorn plant on the left. Grab one and throw it on the stone structure ahead. Use the catapult to reach it.
To get back, climb on the beanstalk and roll and dive from a height. Throw another acorn towards the fence and then climb back up. Once you return all totems, the statue will warp you to a new area.
