Chapter 3 (Getting Past Silver)

If you attempt to talk to the kids playing near the baker, you will be stopped by Silver, who refuses to let you pass. To get past him, use the Children’s Song on him to first complete his memory.

It seems he won’t let you pass without you giving him the gift he was supposed to get. This gift is the wooden peel (the spatula-like instrument) that is currently in the hands of the scarecrow in the farm.

If you have successfully chased the farmer away by releasing the rabbits, you can just go to the scarecrow and pick up the peel.

Otherwise, you should complete the steps in the chapter where we acquired the cherry branch and shears.

After getting the peel, go to Silver and give it to him to finally be allowed to play with the kids and get what information you can out of them.
