As Children of Silentown is a point-and-click adventure game, I strongly recommend exploring the world and getting a feel for all the various items and characters you’ll find in it. Note that this is a story-oriented guide and does not cover stickers or achievements.

Chapter 4 (Finding Blue, Red)

To find Blue in hide-and-seek, first head over to the Baker’s street and examine the pile of straw near the bottom of the screen.

When asked, choose to take a closer look. In the next location, you’ll find the next kid – Blue. Talk to him to get him off the list.

For Red, head all the way over to the farm. In the farm, head to the cherry tree, where you’ll find a suspicious bit of rope with a down-arrow symbol attached to it. Interact with the rope to pull it down and get a somewhat nasty surprise.

This will get you both the penultimate kid, i.e. Red, and… a bowl full of fake spiders? This will come in handy soon when you’re looking for Black.
