The Two Artifacts
When you return to Wren in the Fiblin Field after defeating the Grobb King and the Grobb Usurper, he’ll ask you to find two artifacts to help transition Grimsladd from a meditating state to waking up.
These two artifacts are the Incense of the Flow and the Bell of Tranquillity. You’ll have three objectives now. First, you’ll have to discover Harald’s clues inside the Arcadian Ruins.
After that, you’ll have to reach the Wise Owl’s trail and find the Parched Temple there. According to Wren, a Blin has got lost there, and you’ll also have to rescue it.

Mystery Of The Owl Mountain
You can find the Arcadian Ruins on a cliff, to the south in the Golden Galleon Shore area. You can choose to complete Arcadian Ruins first if you like, but due to the higher level requirement, it’s recommended to complete the Parched Temple first.
As you find the Arcadian Ruins, keep progressing towards the west to find the Parched Temple. Here, you’ll have to restore water to the temple. The water here is trapped inside several bubbles powered by malicious magic.

Restoring Water To The Parched Temple
If you approach the bubbles, they’ll release a trail, and you can reach the source of the magic by going in the direction of the trail.
There are a total of four anchor stones in this area, and destroying them will also disable the bubbles, causing the water to flow freely once again.

After entering the area, keep going deeper into the area towards the west until you find an anchor stone in the building. Destroy it. You’ll find another anchor stone in the same building, on the first floor, slightly deeper into the area.
Destroying this second anchor stone will unlock the locked tower in the centre of the Parched Temple. You can head inside and interact with the grapple point to bring the elevator down.

However, even if the door to the tower is locked, you can still get inside the tower by going on top of the cliff behind the tower and jumping into it from the hole. You’ll then find an anchor stone on the top of the tower.
The final bubble is to the north of the parched temple. The anchor stone is further north inside a ruined building. Destroy it, and that will complete the puzzle, unlocking the gate in the middle of the temple under a cliff.
Follow the quest tracker to arrive at the unlocked gate, and here you’ll find a Bifrost Gate leading to the Parched Temple dungeon.

Parched Temple Dungeon
Once you’re inside the dungeon, keep progressing straight until you encounter the first puzzle. There will be stairs leading to a circular structure with markings on the inside.
Ahead, you’ll find a large room with three movable mechanisms, each with different markings.

This area is full of enemies, so take out all of them. After clearing the enemies, use your lasso to bring all the mechanisms in a straight line in front of the stairs.
After you line up all of the mechanisms, go back to the stairs and match the markings. This will unlock the door ahead.

Keep progressing through the rest of the dungeon until you encounter the incense container. Interact with it to scoop some out.

Wise Owl’s Trail
After completing the Parched Temple, you have to head further towards the gigantic Wise Owl’s statue. Here, you’ll have to make your way to the top of the mountain.
As you approach the trail, the objectives will change, requiring you to find the Veilbreaker Catacombs. Keep going up on the mountain by using the grapple tool. You’ll have to circle around to find a way to the top.

There’s also a lasso statue on the way, and interacting with it will cause grapple points to spawn, allowing you to climb the cliffs more easily and bringing you closer to your goal.
Once you’re inside the big Wise Owl’s statue, you’ll find the Veilbreaker Catacombs underneath it.

Vielbreaker Catacombs
There’s a hole as soon as you enter the catacombs. Jump into it. There will be some enemies ahead; defeat them and keep moving.
Once you’ve defeated the enemies in the large hall-like room, you’ll enter the area where you’ll find the Blin locked behind a gate.

Here, you have to light up six torches. These torches are on both walls, but it may not be easy to spot them. Just walk all the way by sticking against the wall, and if you get a prompt to light the fire, you’d have found a torch.
After lighting up all six of them, the door will open. This Blin will be stuck inside a cage, and you’ll have to attack it to free it.

Once that’s done, you’ll still have to progress through the rest of the dungeon to get out. There are a lot of enemies here, but you’ll also find chunks of Aqua Ore deposits on the wall.
These purple glowing crystals can be destroyed by using regular attacks or skills.

Igniting The Altars In The Vielbreaker Catacombs
As you continue to progress, you’ll encounter a locked gate. There are two altars here that you can light up. However, the remaining four altars are hidden in this area.
From the first altar, go to the right. There are some barrels and boxes here; destroy them and break the wall to get to the third altar. Return to the main room, and go to the left.

Take the stairs on the left. You’ll find a locked gate here. Turn your back to the locked gate upstairs and then use your triple jump in the air to get to the ledge on your left. That will be your fourth altar here.
Now, return to the main room. There will be stairs leading to the right as well. Go upstairs and break the walls here to find your fifth altar.

The sixth and final altar is hidden under the barrels in the main room. However, after you’ve lit at least five altars, a group of enemies will show up in the main room.
Destroy the pile of barrels on the left side of the room to uncover the final altar. This will unlock the chest and the gate upstairs, allowing you to progress ahead.

There’s still some of the dungeon left, but there aren’t any other challenging puzzles on the way. Keep going and fighting against the enemies until you finally come out of the dungeon.
Harald’s Lost Treasure
Now that we’re done with the Wise Owl’s trail and have collected the Incense, it’s time to head to the Arcadian Ruins. You can find it in the southern part of Golden Galleon Shore, near the Proving Grounds.
Before you head inside the ruins, check for a chest on the opposing cliff, as it contains a World Star. Now, head to the dungeon.

Arcadian Ruins
As you head inside the dungeon, you’ll have to fight against several enemies before you arrive near a broken Sylf’s statue. There are tons of enemies ahead, but you’ll also find several chests.
Keep moving, and you’ll enter a large area with a large stone in the middle. This area is full of enemies. However, you can destroy the stone in the middle to uncover a treasure chest. Defeating all enemies in this room will unlock the iron gate for you to progress ahead.

You’ll find another Sylf’s broken statue ahead. Keep moving, and you’ll encounter the Hollow Sentinel, a mechanical guard.
Fight against the Hollow Sentinel boss and defeat it. The boss uses close-range attacks effectively, but is slow like most of the other bosses so far.

After defeating the boss, you’ll get a Reality Tear Fragment as a reward. You can then approach and read the wooden board in the centre of the area to find out about Harald’s clues.
Simply defeating the Hollow Sentinel won’t open the gates for you to escape the dungeon. Look for a breakable wall on both sides.
You’ll find a mechanism with a ball stuck inside it. Use your lasso on both of these mechanisms to unlock the gate and get out of the dungeon.

Harald’s Riddle
After completing the Arcadian Ruins, you’ll have to talk to Wren. He’ll translate the riddle for you. The first thing you have to look for is a wooden whale beached on a shore.
This wooden whale in the riddle is a large wooden ship. You can find the remains of the ship in the Golden Galleon Shore area. You’ll have to get on top of it.

For the next part of the riddle, it says you have to follow a stone statue’s stare. You might think it’s referring to the Wise Owl’s statue in the back, as it has glowing eyes and is quite obviously staring at something, but it’s not.
You’ll have to check for a large stone statue on the island across the sea. This statue is staring at a wooden tower. Simply, go to your left from the shipwreck until you reach a wooden tower.

Now, the riddle asks you to walk over the rotten stairs and look for a lone tree with a white crown. Walk over the wooden stairs in the tower.
From the top of the tower, look in the Southeast direction, and you’ll find a white tree. Approach the tree, and there will be a chest nearby that you can pull out using the lasso.

The Bell of Tranquility will be inside it. Return to Wren in the Fiblin Field to complete Act 2. He’ll then ask you to explore the Rose Ruins to initiate Act 3.
