Join us at Into Indie Games as we continue our journey to look for Dylan’s sister, Jesse, and track her through the visions in Control Resonant.
Dylan still hasn’t found his sister Jesse, and the only place, or rather threshold or dimension, where he can see her, or at least a projection of her, is through the Faults.

Investigate The Vision Of Jesse

Enter the subway by taking the stairs down, then follow the path until you reach the first section with the passing trains. Eventually, you will start hearing subway trains.

The trains will come through openings along the route, blocking the way forward. Jump over the openings when the path allows it.

After making it through the second train section, you’ll find another opening ahead. Drop through it, or use Shift to change the surface you’re standing on, then look for the doorway next to the Mold and head inside.

Keep moving through the tunnel, and you’ll soon encounter Mold enemies. Defeat them, then at the end of the path, climb up to the right side and continue through the tunnel ahead.

A train will start coming directly toward you, so move to the side of the tracks and stay there as the trains pass. Keep doing this until you reach the end of this tunnel, then climb up to the right and continue.

From here, it’s straightforward. Press forward until you reach the open, infested Mold area, where there are multiple enemies. Take them down.

Once that’s done, head through the next tunnel, and you’ll eventually come to a large drop with trains constantly passing through it and a vision of Jesse. All you need to do here is drop down.

As you descend, look across the area for the platform with the Mold enemies on it. That’s the right path.

Make your way over to this platform, defeat the enemies, then enter the door at the far end to continue through the subway as you see another Jesse vision.
Enter The Fault

In this tunnel, drop down, and you will be able to see the TV that will let you inside the Fault.
Find And Talk To Jesse

At the Fault, go straight ahead and platform your way until you reach part of the station. Jesse will be standing there. Speak to her.
During the conversation, Jesse is still determined that Dylan is not supposed to be following her through the Fault, as it is a place where it takes your memories and you can lose yourself.

Of course, Dylan didn’t get back to normal just to leave his sister hanging here. After this, Jesse will disappear, and you need to help her close the Fault.
Help Jesse Complete The Ritual

After you finish the conversation with Jesse, you will be granted a new movement ability called Reach. This allows you to grapple onto Reach Points across the map.
With this and Shift, you need to complete the platform challenge, reach the TV, and seal the door from your side.
As you start, keep following the path and use the Reach Points to get around. You can be flexible with Reach, as you can use it while jumping, flying, or even dodging, as long as you have the prompt visible on the point.

The path is pretty much straightforward, with you just getting used to the new ability and platforming around until you reach the final TV. Interact with it to seal it.
This one seems much stronger than the others, as after the two of you seal it, Jesse seems to lose her memory and forget who Dylan is. She even asks him who he is.
And with that, we wrap up another walkthrough for Control Resonant. Thanks for checking it out!
