Cozy Island is an adventure game where you explore and build on an island. Take relaxing walks, build a base, explore, meet animals, play mini-games, and collect toys and furniture. Collect the essential items and add them to the backpack to use them later in the game whenever required. In this walkthrough, we will guide you on how to repair the bridge in Cozy Island and unlock free roam and new areas.

The first major objective is to repair the broken bridge in the Farming Store, which unlocks the free roam. Fixing this bridge isn’t an easy task, as you need to craft a Cooking Pot and cook food to gain stamina. Stamina in Cozy Island is required for heavy tasks like chopping the trees with an Axe to gain logs.
Complete a quest, and another will be automatically accepted, urging you to progress in the game. Collecting Sticks and Beets are essential as they are required in most cases. So, having them in your backpack can ease the work and help you progress quickly in this farming world.
Repair the Bridge
Approach the notice board and hit the LMB to move forward to explore along the path.
Collect the two sticks you encounter right after moving in. Use the Space Key to stash the small items in the backpack. Collecting the materials during the journey is essential to craft new items or sell them to purchase a new, valuable item. Get access to your backpack by pressing Space and A and D to swap between tabs. Collect and Beet before reaching another notice board.
Open the closed chest ahead of you to grab the Broom. Use this tool to collect the Mud Block to clear the path, leading to a new area.
Unlock the gate using the key. You can get the key by collecting Mud Blocks. Collect 6xMud Block in this area and place them in the empty box near the key. Placing the key in the key is required to purchase the new item.
Once you purchase the key, approach the gate to unlock it.
Get inside the next area and use the Broom to collect more Mud Blocks. Collect Beets in this area to use them later when required. Once you enter this area, the Explore Along the Path quest completes. Head to the Farming Store is the new quest to complete.
Get Inside Farming Store
Speak with the NPC over there, and she asks you to bring a bucket and a seed bag from the Farming Store to start farming in this area.
Press the M key to open the mini-map and locate the Farming Store. Use the wooden hammer to remove the barricade. The wooden hammer can only be purchased using the required material.
First, you can get an Axe by selling 1xGold Beet. Add 15xBeet in the empty box to purchase the Gold Beet.
After that, place this one in the empty box to get the Axe.
Use the Axe to destroy the withered bush to collect logs. Find the withered bushes that are blocking the path to get inside the next area. Approach them with your Axe and destroy them to enter the next area.
Locate the Wooden Hammer place the Think Logs. Place 10x Sticks in the empty box nearby to collect this hammer.
Use the hammer to destroy the barricades to move into the next area. This new place you enter is the Farming Store, so your quest is also completed here. The objective here is to complete and repair the bridge.
There’s a basic workbench that you can use to craft many new items using the required materials. Interact with it to learn what is possible to craft here and which materials you need.
Now, follow the path upward and collect the Bucket from a small, open room.
Collect the green book and investigate it to learn the farming basics.
Craft Cooking Pot
Move straight, and you will see a broken bridge and an NPC standing near it. Speak with this bunny, and he asks you to chop trees using the Axe to acquire the logs. After that, craft the Long Logs at the workbench using 2xLogs.
However, chopping the trees requires stamina. Eat the food to gain more stamina. Locate the cooking pot to cook food.
From the lower corner side of the Farming Store, open the chest to collect the land plots. Use the mouse to place it on the ground.
Collect 5xBeet from this location and move to the right path to place them in the chest to unlock a new area (Forest Track).
Move to the open room and learn the requirements for getting a recipe for the cooking pot. Place 10x Beet in the empty box over there to purchase the recipe for Cooking Pot.
Once you purchase the cooking pot recipe, place the recipe in the box to craft the cooking pot at the Basic Workbench. Interact with the Workbench to learn the requirements. Collect 5xStick, 5xStone, and 2xShiitake to craft the Cooking Pot.
Move to the left side of the Workbench and feed 5xBeet to the check to unlock Lumberyard.
Collect the Stones from there and put them in the basket, and locate the required items to craft the Cooking Pot. You can’t add heavier items to your backpacks, so consider using this basket.
Get inside the Forest Track and collect more Stones. Once you collect 5xStones, place 5xsticks in the basket.
Collect 2xShiitake from these locations and add them to the basket as well. Move to the Forest Track to pick up the Shiitake near the rabbit, closer to the empty box.
The second Shiitake is just behind the rabbit in Forest Track near the bushes. This one is stuck with the thick wood.
Add them into the basket and interact with the Workbench to craft a Cooking Pot blueprint. Place the cooking pot near the broken bridge at a suitable location.
Make sure to collect 7xBeets and place them in the basket shown in the above image.
Use the basket to water the carrots to grow them quickly. After that, harvest them.
Approach the Cooking Pot and add carrots to it, allowing you to acquire Ordinary Farming 1. Investigate the book to learn the farming. Wait for the food to cook. Once the food is cooked, collect them to eat them.
Craft Long Log
Now that you have gained enough stamina, equip the Axe and start chopping the trees to acquire the logs. Take the 2xlog to the Workbench and place it in a basket to craft the long log.
Interact with the Workbench and move to the Object tab to craft the long log.
Once crafted, take it to the bridge and place it on the broken side of the bridge. Doing so allows you to repair the bridge and get inside the next area.
