Chapter 1: The Lovers of the Eternal Flame Walkthrough

In the previous chapter, we found the scared lady and eliminated the enemies in the church and inside other buildings. We also found the Sharpener’s Motorbike and got inside the castle.

Our ordinary weapons turned into blood-based ones so that they consume the protagonist’s own blood when used. Finally, we were rescued from Dolores at the end.

Interact With Merchant

Once you wake up, you find yourself in a whole new area with an excited friend. After speaking with her, turn to the left and take the stairs to move up.

There are multiple allies here, including one who is wounded and lying on the bed. Move to the left side of this room and turn around to use the ladder to move up.

Approach the wooden double door to interact with it. You find yourself in an area filled with white lights.

Interact with the NPC in the middle and speak with him. Interact with the cards on the table and choose the Arsenal card to check the stats of your weapon. You can increase the damage, fire rate, reload speed, and ammo capacity by spending Silver Bulls.

Make sure you have enough currency before trying to upgrade your gun. You can also use the Silver Bulls to upgrade your knife.

Now, choose the Skill card to see all the abilities you can unlock here using the required resources. The materials required to unlock any skill are Essence and Crow Relics. Last Rites is the best skill to unlock here because if you take damage, instead of dying, there’s a 50% chance to use a syringe instantly.

Go to the Mermaid District

Interact with the purple globe over the table to save your progress. Then, move out and speak with your friend on walkie-talkie.

Approach the blue truck and go to the room on the left. Get closer to the dead body near the shiny chest and use your ability to absorb the blood. Doing so allows you to gain the Solari Brooch, which is a crucial item to use.

Open the chest in front of you to gain a huge amount of Silver Bulls. Explore the hub thoroughly to find new items and a way to get out.

Make sure to open your map and find your current location. You can even play some mini-games here.

Go to the Saloa Tormentosa in the hub and interact with the fancy structure to obtain Holy Blood. Each time you pick up a vial, your maximum blood increases by 10, and the amount of blood you receive from any source is boosted by 5%.

Go to the front side of the large building and interact with the NPC wearing a mask over there. This allows you to lift the barrier in front of the main gate. Approach the wooden double gate to interact with it.

You find yourself back in the Mermaid District to begin Chapter 1: The Lovers of the Eternal Flame.

Explore Mermaid District

Once in the Mermaid District, keep moving along the path in front of you. Turn to the path on the right, and you will again see the red shadows in the middle.

Get inside the building on the right and collect the Silver Bulls from the deposit box at the counter. Jump out from the opening from this room and continue moving straight ahead till you encounter multiple enemies.

Defeat the enemies with the precise shots from your weapon. Go to the far end and use the ability to absorb the blood of the dead animal.

Get inside the house through the small opening to the left from this animal. Interact with the door inside it to get to the dining room.

Make your way to the upper floor of this house using the stairs. Approach the chest at the end and interact with it to obtain Silver Bulls.

Find the double door from this floor to make your way out. Once outside, continue moving on the path to the right till you find the merchant. Interact with the purple globe on the table to save your progress.

Get to the Cuerno Albino

Take the stairs from the right side to get to the Cuerno Albino bar. Make sure to collect the gasoline from the right side of the stairs near the bench. Approach the door and interact with it to get inside.

Interact with the counter from the left to get behind it and move into the kitchen while speaking with the NPC over the walkie-talkie. Absorb the blood of the dead animal placed on the table.

Then, move out of the kitchen, back to the counter, and collect the coins from the deposit box. Go down the stairs from the left in this bar and unlock the door in front of you.

Get ready to eliminate multiple enemies here. Find the other door from this room and get inside the next section of this bar. Interact with the wooden double door at the end and take the stairs to move up.

Go past the enemies and jump to the upper ledge. Interact with the garbage bin to move it aside to create a path. Collect the coins from the table on this roof.

Get inside the building from the window and take a few steps ahead to open the gate on the right. You will see an old lady escaping. Approach the furniture and collect paper from the rack to investigate it. Mentioned on the paper are three different recipes and their ingredients.

• The Drowned Man’s Wish Ingredients: 5 parts of Capea Gi, 2x parts of Ofio Cola, and 4 parts of Seaweed Liqueur.
• Three Medmaid Cocktail Ingredients: 4 parts of Capea Gin, 3 parts of Medusa, and 2 parts of Seaweed Liqueur.
• Sea Breeze Ingredients: 3 parts of Wine and 1 part of Medusa

Find the Three Mermaids

Interact with the purple globe on the table to save your progress. Move back and open the door on the right to take the stairs down. Be aware of the enemies here, as they are wielding weapons. Take out the melee enemy and then the ranged enemy holding the fire weapon.

Run towards the door on the lower level where the enemies are standing. Make your way out into the crop field to obtain the ingredients.

When you free one of La Planidera’s crows from its cage, you will receive a reward the next time you visit her shop. Find all the dead animals here and absorb their blood.

Approach the large wooden double door and interact with it to open it. Explore this area thoroughly and collect the syringe from the cabin on the left.

Interact with the Sharpener’s Motorbike to increase the durability of your knife, so that you can deal more damage to enemies.

Jump from the window on the left, and a path will be blocked right away. Go through the small opening on the right and defeat all the enemies on the left. Be aware of the enemies standing on the roof that cause fire projectile damage.

Destroy the box on the right near the cart to obtain a syringe. Move up the slope on the left to get to the upper floor. Hit the lever near the ladder and use it to reach down.

Go through the small opening and collect the Maremanto Page. Use the ladder again and continue moving straight. Defeat the melee and fire ranged enemy here before moving on.

Get Inside Ferreteria

After defeating the enemies, return from the slope path and go through the small opening to move all the way back. Use your ability to absorb the blood of the horse.

Move back to the floor where you defeated the melee and fire ranged enemies. Go ahead and take the stairs to move down. Collect the syringe from the box while exploring this area.

Pass through the bridge and collect the Crow Relic from above the box.

Return from the wooden bridge and move to the area filled with dead animals. Eventually, you find another lever here while exploring this floor.

Use the ladder to move down and absorb the blood of the dead animals. Defeat the enemies here using your knife or gun. Once defeated, go over the slope path and jump down.

Continue moving straight and defeat three enemies here. Collect the syringe from the metal dustbin in this area.

You find a blocked path on your way with a dead animal over it. Open the door of the building on the right and defeat another enemy.

Go to the office room and collect the syringe from the table. Get out of the building and move Mercado. Pass through the small opening and continue moving till you find the gasoline over the table.

Move out of this building and approach the locked gate. You can’t open this gate for now, so get inside the building on the left. Approach the chest at the end of the room and open it.

Go to the balcony and jump down to get to the new area. You find yourself in front of the Ferreteria shop. Get inside the shop and collect the Bolt cutters from the table at the end.

Move the Spindle to Open the Locked Door

Make your way out of the building from the window and approach the door near the tractor. Get inside the building and collect the syringe from the right side.

Get out of the building and keep moving straight till you find three red shadows. Get inside that building and collect the coins from the deposit box.

Open the wooden double door and defeat all the enemies here. Once defeated, collect the Crow Relics from the end near another door.

Make your way out of the building and find the defeated ally to absorb his blood, allowing you to get the Solari Brooch. Go past the cart and open the door in front of you to get inside the next building.

Collect the syringe from the right side of this room. Approach the other door in this room to make your way out.

Interact with the machine and use the Bolt Cutters to cut the chain. Press L to open the door in front of you.

The same enemy from the Prologue attacks you here. Make sure to dodge or distract this enemy to open the locked door by moving the spindle.

Get Inside Tablao Zafiro

Once opened, get inside the next area in front of you before the enemy catches you off guard. Interact with the Sharpener’s Motorbike to sharpen your knife using gasoline. Absorb the blood of all dead animals before moving on.

Interact with the garbage bin to clear the path ahead. Turn on the crouch mode to pass through the small opening. The same enemy will chase you here, so quickly get inside the next building from the small path.

Interact with the metal door and use the bolt cutter to break the chain. Once unlocked, continue moving to the right quickly as the enemy is still chasing you.

Pass through the narrow path and jump to the upper ledge. Find the other gate opening machine and interact with it to cut the chain. Interact with it again to move the spindle and open the gate.

Move inside the Tablao Zafiro and interact with the door in front of you to get inside the building. Go to the room on the right to collect coins from the box.

Interact with the double door and take a few steps ahead. Your friend starts talking to you on the walkie-talkie. Approach the piano and interact with the paper to read it.

Interact with the purple globe on the table to save your progress. Then, interact with the clock mechanism, and move the needle to set it to 5:50. Doing so allows you to open the elevator door.

Get inside the lift to move to the upper floor. Make your way to the top floor and get inside the room on the left. Make your way out of the balcony and defeat the archer enemy standing in the next building.

Go to the right and interact with the wooden furniture to move it. Jump inside the room and collect the syringe from the table.

Approach the main door and interact with it to unlock it. You find yourself in a hallway on the upper floor. Defeat all the enemies here while exploring this area. Then, approach the left quickly before the enemy chases you inside.

You find yourself again in front of the clock mechanism. Interact with it to set the time at 5:50, allowing you to open the door of the elevator on the right.

Once on the upper floor, keep moving till you find the staircase leading down into the basement. Open the door in front of you and get inside the next room. Use the ability to absorb the blood of the dead body to obtain the Solari Brooch.

Make your way back to the clock mechanism and interact with the purple globe to save the progress.

Set the time at 7:45 this time, allowing you to move into the basement. Absorb the blood from the dead body of the lady near the chair to obtain the Sapphire Medallion.

Clear the path on the left and pass through the small opening to get inside the elevator.

Get Inside Cuerno Albino (Freight Lift)

Continue moving straight and interact with the door to unlock it. Once you make your way out, interact with the skill/weapon NPC to upgrade your gun. Save your progress by interacting with the purple globe.

Make your way inside the Cuerno Albino to find a way to enter the Freight Lift.

Go all the way to the end and turn to the right. Take the stairs to reach the upper floor and pass through the small opening.

Avoid the enemy and open the door at the end. Use the stairs to move down and interact with the door at the end.

You need to use the Bolt Cutters to cut the chain to unlock the door. Once inside, open the next door to encounter the deadly enemies.

Le Perla Oculta

I recommend avoiding these enemies and absorbing the blood of the dead body to obtain the Solari Brooch.

Go through the door at the end to enter the main hall of this area. Move to the door on the right and keep heading out till you find the metal door on the left. Interact with it to break the chain and unlock a new area.

Continue moving straight and defeat all the enemies here. Once eliminated, absorb the blood of the nearby dead animals to reload your weapon.

Go all the way to the end and turn to the left to pass through the small opening to enter the new area. The Dolores comes to attack you here while exploring. Find the garbage bin on the left and interact with it to move to clear the path.

Crystal Ball

Jump over this garbage container and move to the upper ledge.

Interact with the door opening machine and move to the spindle to unlock the door. Once unlocked, go to the right and hit the lever to use the ladder. Move down and quickly get inside the Le Perla Oculta.

Approach the door in front of you and interact with it to unlock it. Get inside the building and move into the elevator. Turn on Crouch mode to enter the main area.

Interact with the book to investigate it and get more clues. Interact with the single door on the right side to enter a new room.

Interact with the safe to unlock it. Get inside the room on the right and interact with the purple globe to save the progress.

La Perla Occulta Secret Door Puzzle

Go to the right side of this room and collect the coins from the dead end over the green chair.

Make your way inside the living room from the small opening and read the paper on the showcase.

Avoid engaging with the enemies and move to the top floor, and drop down from the hole to enter a secret room.

Find the door with ‘D’ written on it. Once inside, go through the small opening and move to the middle of this area to interact with the purple globe.

Interact with the puzzle on your left to open the elevator. You need to solve this puzzle from the notes you collected so far.

To open the hidden door in La Perla Occulta, you must correctly match each girl’s nameplate to their room. Make sure you enter the names exactly.

Get Inside the Tunnel

Once the nameplates are correctly placed, the secret door should open and let you continue. Continue moving ahead and absorb the blood of the human dead body near the table.

Open the door on the right and approach the ritual. Go through the small opening on the left and unlock the door-opening machine. Interact with it to move to the spindle to unlock the path.

Continue moving in a straight path and defeat the enemy rushing towards you.

Eventually, you find the stairs to move up and interact with the door to obtain the T-handle wrench. This allows you to unlock the locked gate and move outside.

Return To Tablao Zafiro

The Dolores is waiting for you here, so quickly move to the cabin just in front of you.

Find the skill NPC here and interact with the purple globe to save the progress.

Turn to the left and get inside the Tablao Zafiro. Use the T-Handle Wrench on the intersection point at the end to unlock the path. The path in front of you gets cleared, so quickly get to the left path without getting caught by the giant enemy.

Find the small opening and crawl through it to get to the other side.

Move to the upper ledge and keep following the path till you reach a point-of-no-return jump. Take a few steps ahead, continue moving to the left, and use the T-handle wrench. Doing so allows you lift up the platform and get inside the room filled with red shadows.

Approach the dead body hanging on the wall and use the ability to absorb the blood. Now, return from where you take left turn and keep moving straight.

Be aware of the Dolores here, so turn on Crouch mode to navigate here. Find the yellow ladder at the end and move inside the building after clearing the path.

Defeat all the enemies here to explore the rooms easily.

Collect the Maremanto page from the area filled with candles. Get out of the building from this area and get to the other side to climb the ladder. Interact with the spindle to unlock the gate in front of you.

Solve La Fortuna Esmeralda Puzzle

Get inside the La Fortuna Esmeralda from the front door. Explore the area thoroughly and collect useful resources like Silver Bulls and Syringes. Get inside the office room and collect the notes from the cupboard.

Eventually, you find a locked vault that you must unlock by solving the puzzle.

Interact with the vault and use the clues to solve the puzzle. Dominoes can only connect where the numbers/symbols match. Several symbols correspond to numbers in this puzzle, so use these to match tiles. Use these symbol number assignments when matching.

• Tentacle: 2
• Fish: 3
• Fin/Tail: 4
• Shell: 5

The puzzle is made of three concentric rings, and rotating one ring affects the next one.

Start by placing the center ring, and then match the middle ring. Finally, align the outer ring dominoes with the middle ring matches. Once the rings are correctly matched and aligned, the vault door will open, allowing you to proceed.

El Cuerno Albino Cocktail puzzle

Continue moving and use the ability to absorb the dead body to obtain the Emerald Medallion. Collect the Silver Bulls from the racks in this area. Get to the wooden platform and continue moving to the path on the left. Use the stairs to move down and get out of the Tablao Zafiro.

Get inside the El Cuerno Albino from the front door and move to the roof. Jump from the window to get inside the room and enter the room on the right. Interact with the purple globe to save your progress.

Then, interact with the El Cuerno Albino Cocktail puzzle.

Interact with all cocktail ingredients and try picking up or placing items in different slots to see what changes. Put the Sapphire Medallion on the left side, the Emerald in the middle, and the Pearl on the last one.

Once done, interact with the puzzle again and rotate the middle knob, then the right one, and the left one last. You also need to rotate the lower knob after selecting each of the above knobs. Doing so allows you to get inside the elevator.

Meet Herminia Espina

Continue moving straight ahead and drop down from the gap. Find the yellow ladder here and use it to move up. Move the spindle to lower the platform in front of you.

Go from the other side to get on the platform and drop down to the base level. Crawl through the small opening and use the other yellow ladder to interact with the spindle.

Interact with it to rotate, allowing you to lower the other portion of the platform.

Move to the other side to pass through these lowered platforms to enter the next room.

Herminia Espina hanged herself. Use your ability to absorb her blood, allowing you to gain the Espina Dagger. A cutscene triggers after obtaining this dagger.

Once the cutscene ends, move the spindle in front of you to unlock the path. Continue moving and take the ladder to go down. The Dolores attacks you here, so turn around and go through the small opening quickly.

Get Inside the Hub

Keep running and get inside the elevator to get to your hub. Interact with the Arsenal NPC and use your collected resources to upgrade your weapons.

Turn around and get inside the medical room by using the stairs. Find another ladder to move up and go to the left door with guards nearby.

Interact with the Solari to lift the blocked barrier in front of the door and pass through it.
