Welcome to the Into Indie Games walkthrough for Death of the Reprobate.
This is a point-to-point walkthrough that takes you through the critical path to completing the game. Death of the Reprobate has a lot more to offer apart from the steps outlined in this walkthrough, so we highly recommend that you explore and interact with its world as much as possible.

The Funeral
After you have completed your seven good deeds, return to Immortal John’s hut. Talk to Immortal John and tell him you have done your good deeds.
Tell him all your good deeds.
Later, you’ll be out by the lake again. Your goal now is to collect a selection of colorful flowers for the funeral.
This can be easily done by the lake itself – collect the flowers here and you don’t need to collect any more later.
Now make your way to the forest and you’ll find that the area past the wizard’s house is now open. Go right through here.
Ignore the grave here and continue going right.
Talk to Uncle Vladimir on the right here and do as he asks – talk to Immortal John, use your flowers on the shrine, and then interact with the shrine.
The Ending
After the funeral, you’ll be tasked with aiding the triggering of an apocalypse.
Your first (and most major) task is to kill all the birds so that the plague of locusts can get underway.
Here’s where you’ll find the birds (although God will make sure you don’t leave any area without clearing the birds in it). To shoot them, simply use your cute little handgun on them.
- Funeral; above the bishop’s staff.
- Gravesite; on top of the screen near the middle.
- Wizard’s House; to the absolute top-right of the screen.
- Forest; above the entrance to the cemetery.
- Forest; to the left of the crumbling steps, above the inactive musician and his groupie.
- Main Street; above the inactive musicians, and below the man waving the black cloak.
- “Genie’s” House; above the genie’s head.
- Gallery; to the far right of the screen.
- By the Lake; to the right of the screen.
That’ll be the last of ’em. Now you’ll proceed to Step 2, which is to ‘set the world ablaze’. Run to the main street now and use your explosive on the gallery windows.
For Step 3, you need to get digging back in the graveyard, so run back there. Pick up the shovel on the grave screen (before the funeral screen), and use the shovel on the grave.
Finally, what appears to be Satan will start coming to getchu.
Get running to the left and keep running all the way to the lake again.
At the lake, make for the end of the cliff and drop down from there.
Later, you’ll be pronouncing judgements on foolish mortals. Delivery your justice as you deem appropriate.
Once you’ve selected a suitable punishment for Malcolm the Shit, simply keep clicking and screaming until the game ends.
