Welcome to Discounty. Your aunt’s handed you the keys to her discount supermarket, and now it’s your job to keep the shelves stocked, the customers happy, and maybe make a bit of money along the way. You’ll be arranging displays, cutting deals, and getting to know the locals — each with their quirks and opinions about your store.
In this walkthrough, we cover all the interactions, quests, and side quests needed to complete the story of Discounty. In this part of the walkthrough, we cover Days 20, 21 and 22, we sign the second of Fisher’s deal and we start the grind to save 8000 shills. The next time we pick up this walkthrough will be on day 25.

Day 20
Task: Man Overboard! (continued)
Once you get to the boat you will see Fisher is out and about. This will open up the second tier of his trade deal.
This will complete the Task: Man Overboard! And progress the Goal: Operating as a Real Supermarket.
Task: Corporate Espionage (Continued)
Go find Tammy and tell her about Barbara.
This will complete the task and complete Goal: Operating as a Real Supermarket at the same time. Let Derek know that you have completed the goal. The last remaining goal is to get 8000 shills. Keep selling at the store to make the money.
Tips to make money faster:
- Always keep the maximum number of posters up. Upgrade posters if you can afford it.
- Always keep everything that you can sell and have in stock on display.
- Keep CAR up – it gives bonus cash.
- Recycle all the boxes in the store and the cans you pick up in town.
- Use boosters to upsell items. Appeal sells more items to single customers.
- In the shop arrange isles neatly to make sure customers need to walk the least distance to get their product and get to the till.
End the day if you have nothing on the to do list.
Day 21
It’s a Sunday. If you have nothing to do explore the town, restock on Tammy’s products. Otherwise head to the harbor.
The entire sea is green with pollution. At this point, this story won’t progress further. So end the day now.
Day 22
Start the day by checking the newspaper. Next, it’s a new week so refresh all the posters. It’s a Monday so check in with Barbara for her trade items. Open the store and sell items.
