Note that this is how we got these endings and are not necessarily the only way to get these endings. From what I understand, Dispatch tracks certain actions (i.e., dialogue choices, dispatch shift performance, hacking performance) by flagging them during gameplay. These counters decide what ending you end up getting. You can find the details of that counter on Reddit.

Story Endings
“Sorry, Kid” Ending — Episode Breakdown
This outcome focuses on supporting Invisigal, building trust, and reinforcing heroic ideals so she rejects killing Shroud in Synergy. It requires consistent faith in her abilities and strong leadership throughout the story.
Pivot
- Don’t push Toxic off the balcony
Onboard
- Don’t tell Invisigal you told on her to Chase
- Help her in the Donut Shop (complete the hacks)
- Don’t tell Blazer she punched you
Turnover
- Help Invisigal in the Jewelry Shop
