Genesis Noir Walkthrough – Collision (Part 1)

The Apartment

Another spiral acquired. Our next level is titled ‘Collision’.

Collision

Start by – once again, hurling rocks at the murderer. After you arrive on land, examine the highlighted objects on the ground. Another object lies hidden beneath the large leaves of the plant to the right of No Man (right below the second ‘I’ in the title). Examine this object too.

Tap on the object several times until a cutscene begins.

When you have control again, run rightwards. Be careful not to fall into the river, as the game will bug out and you will be unable to return to land, forcing you to restart the level. (This bug may have been patched by the time you read this).

Keep running right, into the water and then past it, through the door, until you can’t proceed any more. Interact with the drink on the bar.

With the drink bubbles in the air, pop them by hovering over them. (These may be very small, so if you think the game is bugged and won’t let you proceed, make sure there isn’t a small one left).

Repeat this with the bottle-shaped bubbles, and then the kiss-shaped and heart-shaped bubbles.

After they’re all gone, drag the rings in the background and move them in circles. Keep going until the screen goes black and the matchbook appears.

Open it up, pick up a match, and drag it across the black bar along the bottom of the matchbox to light it.

After a cutscene that lasts a while, you’ll witness the operation of a particle accelerator. Your goal in this chapter is to produce a spiral, but you will have to perform several wrong calculations along the way.

When you see the weird design on screen with a button to the lower-left and lower-right, tap on the lower-right ‘spiral’ button.
