Growbot Walkthrough – Garden Part 3 (Water Machine)

Welcome to the Into Indie Games walkthrough for Growbot! At all times, it is recommended that you explore the space station for yourself, talk to everyone you can, and use all the items you can on everything else. There’s no way to lose or die in this game! If you do get stuck, though – consult this guide, where we’ve laid down the steps for how to proceed with the story.

Our current task is to fix the Cloud Machine, for which you need to first fix the Water Machine, and then supply the Cloud Machine with solar berries and light pollen.
Return to the middle room in the Gardens area, i.e. the room with the elevator. Here, you’ll find the Water Machine on the right side of the screen.
Examine the symbol of the cloud to learn that the pipe is broken. Go up in this room to the meditating Head Gardener, where you’ll find the pipe in the compartment where we found the spanner before (you may have already picked it up before, in which case, it will be in your inventory).
With the water pipe in your inventory, go back down to the Water Machine and use it with where the pipe is broken in the Water Machine.
You can now use the lever to the left of the machine to start pumping water. This will send water through one of the inlets to the Cloud Machine, and light up one of the lights near the lever.
Next, on the right of the machine, you’ll find a disk with several panels, several of which have a unique number of dots on them.
Here, interact with the panels in ascending number of dots – 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Press the switch below this disk once you’re done and the panel will open (provided you entered the right code).
Press the red switch in the opened compartment, and then use the main lever again to send water through the second pipe. This will light up the second green light near the lever, and a chime will confirm that you’ve got the Cloud Machine readied with water.
Now head right to the actual Cloud Machine area.
