The fifth and final target on your list in High on Life 2 is Scientist Professor Berkel. From Earth, she heads R&D and is the mastermind behind all the gruesome human pill experiments.
Your clue leads to a research area in Pinkstock Harbor, where a strange genetic anomaly has been spotted. That is where you need to go, and you must track her down there.

Head To The Pinkstock Harbor Research Area

Use the RV to land at Pinkstock Harbor and make your way to the far east of the region.
Eventually, you will come across some Glutton bikers blocking your path near the docks, and you need to defeat them.

After you eliminate all of them, use the Sheath Spike to connect the two junctions and reach the other side. From here, you will be able to see the entrance to the research area, with one scientist standing by the door.
Since there appears to be no way inside the research area, you decide to stealth kill the lone scientist and take his uniform. With this uniform, you will assume his identity and gain access to the research area.

The door will open, and you will be recognized as the renowned scientist Branson Cooper, which is fortunate.
However, the scientist notices that your appearance is different and that you are holding the Gatlians in your hands.

You can intimidate him with your responses, which will make him snap out of it and allow you in. He then asks you to meet the lead scientist and assist with whatever tasks are needed.
Help The Scientists

Jar Jar Binks, the new lead scientist, is at the center of the beach, so make your way to him. His way of speaking is quite odd, but you need to play along.
He needs you to visit the other three scientists in the tents and power down their experiments in order to increase power outside and open Gessie’s mouth.

The task is simple: all you need to do is follow the objective marker to each scientist’s location, help them complete their experiments, and ask them to shut down their equipment, which is straightforward.
After you successfully complete the task, head back to the lead scientist and inform him. He will notice that there is now enough power to reopen Gessie’s mouth.

He then mentions that Professor Berkel is already inside the corpse, so that is where you need to go. Just as you are about to enter the corpse, you must pass a security check, which, of course, you will not.
This will remove your disguise, and you will need to defeat a group of enemies. After defeating all of them, head toward the mouth and proceed inside.
Explore Gessie’s Corpse

Go inside and progress forward while still trying to stay undercover as a scientist. As soon as you enter, you will hear a strange voice asking for your help. You also lose signal with Lizzie since you are inside a corpse.
In the next room, you will find a scientist in a difficult situation who requires your help to recalibrate the biometer on the paraequalizer. Here, you will have to choose one of the Gatlians to complete this task.

We picked Jan, which was a very poor choice and resulted in having to fight our way through.

Whichever option you chose, you will gain access to go deeper inside Gessie’s corpse. Along the path, you will encounter an anomaly: a ghostly memory of Professor Berkel as she dives deeper.
The path is straightforward, so keep skateboarding until you reach an open area with what appears to be a Flying Dutchman ship in the center, which is your destination.
Reach The Flying Pirate Ship

Before you can reach the ship, there is some platforming and a few puzzles you need to complete along the way. The first one requires you to use the Sheath Spike to power up the air vent.
Once you do, use the air vent to be launched to the other side of the river.

As soon as you reach the land, some ghosts will attack you. Defeat all of them, then use another nearby air vent to launch to a different side.
You will find more ghosts waiting for you here, so defeat them first. Then you need to reach the air vent on the upper floor.

First, grab the Lugblob and place it on the piano. Step on the piano and use Travis’s ability to launch it to the top. Shoot it with Jane to propel the piano further upward, then pick up the Lugblob.
Place the Lugblob next to the wall and inflate it using Sweezy’s time bubble. This will take you directly to the air vent, allowing you to progress forward.

You will reach the final land area, where ghosts will attack again, so defeat all of them. Now you need to make your way to the top of the broken cruise ship on the side.
First, use Bowie’s ability to shoot the sigil, revealing a lava area that you can use with Gus’s disk to create a platform. From here, keep climbing until you reach a yellow slide.

Using this slide, you can skateboard down it and reach the pirate ship. Defeat the enemies you encounter there, then sail the ship toward the entrance ahead of you.
Skate Through Gessie’s Guts

After you enter, you need to skate through Gessie’s guts and reach the next room. Be careful of the lasers along your path and try to avoid them.

You will hear the strange voice from earlier telling you that you are getting closer to saving them. Upon reaching the next room, you will see another anomaly of Berkel speaking with another scientist.
Defeat Tiffany, Once Again

You will be interrupted by Tiffany once again. How she even got inside is a mystery, but by now you already know how the fight goes, so deal with her and her minions quickly.
Of course, when her health gets low, she will escape once more, doing what she does best: annoy us and then flee when things go wrong.

Keep progressing forward until you reach the area where Professor Berkel is, and you will hear the strange voice once again.
You will find yourself in a room with a small aquarium containing what looks like a Gessie, called Baby Gessie. Just behind her, Professor Berkel will emerge and begin speaking to Creature.

Here you will learn the real truth about what happened to Creature: he is a brilliant scientist named Creed Turian, and they turned him this way.
Well, now we have even more reasons to eliminate the professor and finish this quickly.
Defeat Scientist Professor Berkel

Scientist Professor Berkel primarily uses a variety of ranged attacks that you need to avoid.
She has a grab attack that, if she catches you, will launch you outside the area. You can easily avoid this, as electrical spikes will emerge from her hands as a warning.

That is essentially the first part of the fight, so using Travis and Jan is the best way to keep up the pressure. Whenever you have Bowie’s ability ready, you can also use it to send fully charged arrows to her head for major damage.

Halfway through the fight, purple cutting-edge blades will sweep across the arena, and you can pass safely between two of them to avoid taking damage.

Once you deplete her health, Berkel will exit her machine armor, revealing that she is just a dolphin. As soon as you attempt to finish her, Tiffany will appear out of nowhere, and Berkel will play the victim.
Tiffany is already angry at us for killing many of her friends, so she will naturally believe Berkel. Tiffany will pick up Berkel, and they will fight together.
Defeat Berkel and Tiffany.

This is essentially the second phase of the fight, where the same strategy applies. You will face Tiffany’s attacks along with Berkel’s all at once.
Halfway through their health, Baby Gessie will start speaking to Tiffany to show her the truth: the real villain is Berkel.

At this point, Berkel seizes control of Tiffany and attacks you immediately. Despite Tiffany knowing Berkel is the true threat, she cannot resist.
Again, this gives more reason to eliminate Berkel, so focus on finishing her. Keep moving around the area and avoid all the ranged attacks from Kreg’s and Berkel’s ghosts.

After defeating her, Tiffany will break free of Berkel’s control and throw the dolphin onto her bike, which devours it. Although we did not kill her ourselves, it is very satisfying to watch.

Now pick up Baby Gessie and wait for Gene and Lizzie to roll in with the RV. And of course, here comes the classic moment: our guy, getting smacked and dropping like clockwork.
Mission accomplished.

Professor Berkel is dead, and you can cross that bounty off the board. Now it is time to go after the one who started it all, the CEO of Rhea Pharma, Nipulon.
