Your next target on the bounty board in High on Life 2 is Senator Muppy Doo. He can be found on the ConCon planet, and this is where you need to make your way.
He is supposed to give a speech at HumanCon, praising Rhea Pharma and cheering on their work in front of a massive crowd. Little does he know he is stepping onto that stage to deliver the final speech of his life.

Head To ConCon

Before you can make it to the ConCon planet, you first need to obtain a catalytic converter. When you land at Circuit Arcadia, you need to head east. Here you will find an auto shop, and there will be a particular yellow car.
Gene mentions that this is the car with the catalytic converter you need, and you have to pick it up. The converter is located at the back of the car, so obtain it.

When you do that, the alarm will get triggered, and one of the employees there will call security. You need to quickly get rid of all of them.

Gene will send the RV to your location, and you need to go inside in order to make the trip to ConCon.

Just as you are taking a nap during the trip, you hear both Lizzie and Gene arguing about something, and the ship seems to be struggling while flying around.
All you hear is that you need to jump from the RV, and he is wishing you good luck.
Find A Parking Spot In ParkingCon

As you take the jump from very high, you need to try to avoid the moving flying cars. Shortly after, you see another yellow alien in front of you, and he’s warning you to stay out of his way. You just ignore him for now, but remember him for later.
As you land in the Parking Con, the whole place is a mess and everyone is shooting everyone. Your goal here is to find a parking spot for the RV, but oh boy, it sounds simple, yet it isn’t easy.
Make it to the other side of the parking, and to the right you will find a spot with some people holding it. Kill these people, and just as Gene tries to park, another car swoops in and steals the spot right from under him.

Gene is starting to lose his nerves, but it’s all good; you’re trying to find another spot. From here, you need to head to the right building on the other side and take the hook up.

The same scenario happens here: you find someone trying to hold the spot, and you take them out without hesitation. As Gene tries to park the RV, oh well, another car just zooms in and snatches it, guess the parking gods aren’t on our side!

Gene is mad out there, but Lizzie is trying to hold it together and just asks you to find another spot. Oh well, you do that and head to the third spot.
Well, guess what? Yeah, you probably guessed it right. The same scenario happens again: you kill the people holding the spot, Gene comes to try and park the RV, and oh well, it’s just unfortunate at this point.
Head To PoliCon

Well, you tried finding multiple spots for them and it didn’t work out, so unless you want to waste the whole time trying to get one, you just need to go on your objective.
The next stop is PoliCon, and you need to make it there on your feet, or skateboard, you know. Follow the path ahead of the ParkingCon. Then you will find a bunch of floating cars and balloons that you need to skate over to make it to the PoliCon.

Climb up the stairs and go to the entrance of the PoliCon, but you won’t be allowed in because they are at capacity and can’t let any more people in. So you need to get creative.
The security guard will, however, mention that only working people on the event can access. Naturally, you say, ooooh yeah, we are.

Somehow she believes you like it wasn’t so obvious that you are lying. Anyhow, you need to make it to the maintenance elevator, which is down to the right.

As you make your way here, you will find another staff member saying that the elevator is broken and you can use it. At this point, nothing is stopping you.
You, once again, have a choice on what to say to this staff. We picked that we are the elevator repairmen just so we can have access inside. This works yet again; the ConCon people seem to be a bit slow, but it works in our favor.

Go inside the elevator, but it will break and get stuck. The staff member tries to explain to you how to do a system reboot, but let’s be real, we don’t care about instructions.
Just tap the up button on the elevator, and it will completely break and go all the way down.
Find Hall H

Well, you are at the maintenance section of the PoliCon now. Head to the room in front of you, and you will need to unlock the door ahead.
There are two cables coming out of the door and leading to a panel, so you need to find two lugblobs to place in the panel.
As you try to figure out how to get the two lugblobs, the mysterious yellow alien from earlier will radio you and warn you once again about getting to the senator before him.

The first one is just to your left, so put it on the panel on the ground floor. Use Sweezy’s time bubble to inflate the lugblob and make it to the upper floor.

Here, you will be able to see the second lugblob on the top left, so make your way to it using the hook. Place this second one on the panel on the top floor.
With both lugblobs on the panels, the door will unlock, and you will be able to reach the Hall H upper floor.

Inside the big room, you will be able to see a big turret on the ceiling. This is a death laser, and it will one-shot you. This means that you need to avoid it at all costs.
You need to make your way to the other side by skateboarding around the laser. Carefully make your way to the security room.
Disable The Security

Inside this room, another two panels need to be activated, which means two lugblobs you need to find. You will spot a fan that you can use Sweezy’s time bubble on to slow down the rotation and make it inside.
Here, you will find one of the two lugblobs that you need on the upper floor. Now bring back this lugblob to the main room, but don’t put it on the panel just yet.

You need to place it by the wall where the orange slime is. Use Sweezy’s time bubble once again to inflate it and go to the upper floor, where the second lugblob will be waiting for you.
Now place both lugblobs on the two panels. This will disable the security system, and you will be able to get a clear shot on the senator from above.

As you jump down on him while he is giving his speech, this will freak him out, and he will shrink. A couple of seconds after, you will see a shot on the senator’s location.
It seems that the mysterious yellow alien from earlier also wants to kill the senator for whatever reason he has. He gets mad since you ruined his shot, and now he is willing to fight you.
Defeat ?????

????? is not a tough boss fight, as he only has a few attacks to watch out for.
The first one is the melee slashes, where he dashes forward in your direction and swings his sword at you. There is a short window before he dashes and starts his combo; this is where you can dodge or skate away.

????? has a gun that can shoot projectiles at you throughout the whole fight. This is easy to track, so you probably won’t be able to dodge every single one, but that’s fine.

At some point, he will shoot a spear at you, and you need to press the proper button to remove it quickly. This is because you stay vulnerable while trying to get the spear out.

Halfway through the fight, ????? will shoot a spear into one of the panels available in the arena. This will electrify the ground, so you need to hit that spear really quickly, or you’ll get electrocuted.

As usual, using Sweezy’s time bubble comes in clutch, as you can slow down the movement of ????? and use Gus to land some good hits.
When you’re low on health, just create distance and skate around the arena to wait for health regeneration to begin.
After you defeat ?????, he will lay on the ground and talk to you. It seems that both of you want Muppy Doo dead, so why not work together? Although his body has failed, there is only one thing left to do.

He tries to explain the process to you on how to infuse his head with the gun he’s been using, but you know, Knifey knows his way around this, so just keep slashing and cutting and all of that.
This will get you a new gun called Sheath. You will get a small tutorial on how to use the gun, specifically his Spike, so pay attention because you will be using it a lot from now on.
Escape The PoliCon

After you complete the tutorial on the new gun, the room will open, and of course, security will be on you. You need to defeat all enemies here. This is the perfect practice for using Sheath.
Once you finish dealing with them, you need to go out of the PoliCon, but the main door is shut down. That doesn’t stop you, because you have Sheath with you.

Here, you will need to use his Spear to overload the junction toward the door mechanism in order to overload it and open it. Do this, and then take the elevator down.
As soon as you go outside, you will find the senator in front of you, but he will spawn guards from his “fanny pack.” This is where the hot pursuit will start.
You need to eliminate all the enemies here and then follow the senator. You won’t be able to kill Muppy Doo here, so don’t mind him much; just kill all the guards he spawns.
Head To MurderCon

With everything killed, there is a zipline that you can hook to. From here, a series of platforming sections you need to make will take you to your next location, called MurderCon, where the senator was last seen.
As the name suggests, the MurderCon is all about… well… murder. Since you are stuck here, you need to do some murder. Knifey seems to get so excited about you being here, so you head to the ticket booth and sign up for the tournament.
Sign the waiver, and you’re all set. It’s actually your lucky day because the MurderCon legend Brutus is here. Well, to us, he’s just another target to kill, so it shouldn’t be a problem.

Once you are inside, you will be in a large room full of fog and disco lights, and everyone is killing each other. All you gotta do is kill as many people as you can and get more points. For every kill, you will get one point.
All these people shouldn’t be a problem for you, but it might be a bit difficult to find enemies; simply use the scanner to highlight them.

Halfway through, there will be a melee bonus round. This means that every kill you get using melee, Knifey in other words, will give you double the points. From here, make sure to do that to climb higher on the chart.
As you enjoy the adrenaline and the rush of murdering people, with the announcer hyping you up, Brutus will appear in the center of the room. It’s time to show him who is the real legend of MurderCon.
Defeat Brutus

At the beginning of the fight, Brutus will be wearing a helmet, and you won’t be able to do much to him. In order to break it, you need to parry his ball attack.
This is essential, as it will break the helmet and allow you to hit the head, which means headshot multipliers, which means more damage; you know, typical video game stuff.

He starts swinging that massive ball and chain over his head before slamming it down just in front of him. There’s a short moment before the attack lands where you can either dodge out of the way or try to parry it.

Sometimes he spins the chain above his head, starting close and reaching farther out as he moves. It’s easy to get caught if you’re not paying attention, so back off or time a parry carefully.
Every now and then, he jumps slightly and crashes the chain down in front of him. Moving to the side or creating distance is your best bet.

If you give him too much space, he will suddenly charge across the arena, trying to catch you off guard. You need to be ready to dodge fast, or you’ll take a lot of damage from this attack.

Just when you think it couldn’t get weirder, Brutus will periodically grab a random person from the arena and use them as a shield. No moral choice here except to kill the human shield; after all, they’re all going to die.
You’re now the legend of MurderCon after killing Brutus, and the rush and ecstasy are all over your body, but you remember your objective: the cowardly senator.
Head To HumanCon

Exit the MurderCon, and you need to do some platforming around floating cars, ziplines, and all of that, typical ConCon stuff, before you make it to the HumanCon, which is where Muppy Doo is waiting for you.
When you reach the con, you will find the entrance blocked. Once again, you need to use the junctions to overload the door in order to open it.

Go inside, and you will need to go through many people insulting the senator. This is it; he’s stuck here, and this is where you complete your mission.
Kill Senator Muppy Doo

Muppy Doo is not your typical boss fight, not even close. He doesn’t really have a health bar, he keeps darting away, and he summons guards from his trusty Fanny Pack, all while rocking just one attack. Most cowardly senator ever.
This fight turns into a chase rather than a traditional showdown, as you constantly tail Muppy Doo and take down his minions.

He can shrink to almost nothing, making him tricky to track, but lucky for you, he leaves a trail of coffee that makes following him a little easier.

Get too close to the senator and he’ll throw a punch, then shrink right back down and weave between the arena’s pillars like a tiny escape rat.
The “health bar” in this phase comes from the Fanny Pack and how many guards he can still summon. Once that’s drained, the real fun begins; for you, the player, not so much for the protagonist.
Senator Muppy Doo – Second Phase

The senator has run out of his Fanny Pack, so no more summoning minions to defend him. Clearly, he can’t win this fight from the outside; so what does he do? He takes the fight to the inside.
Muppy Doo shrinks and dives into your suit, trying to wreck you from within. Now you have to somehow fight him while he’s inside you; not in the wrong way, in the suit.
Pause Menu Fight

Open the pause menu; yes, the actual pause menu; and you will see Muppy Doo making his way to your inventory tab, but you won’t be able to navigate the menus like normal anymore.
The only way you’ll be able to move around is by using the Suit-O to help you navigate. Basically, he becomes your new cursor; with his help, you can move through the menus because the senator is going to mess everything up from now on.

Muppy Doo will appear in your weapon section and attack your Gatlians. Using the Suit-O, you need to target the senator himself, not your weapons.
Next, move to the System tab in the Settings section. Again, you need to track him down; you’ll notice the name shaking, which will help guide you to his location.
The Bios Fight

After you’re done with the Settings tab, things get worse. Muppy Doo will head to the BIOS and try to ruin things from the roots; it seems he knows his way around the suit.
The next screen will show two sliders, and he’s trying to push them to the lowest; this means shutting you down. The way to fight this is by dragging the slider against him; when you try, it won’t seem like you’re pushing much.

This is because there’s a trick: you need to slide back as if you’re helping him; this will make the senator fall. Next, push the bar toward him; this will knock him back.
If any slider reaches the end, you will die and need to repeat the process. Repeat this process for both sliders; but oh god, he won’t stop here. He notices the Factory Reset option and runs toward it, hiding behind the confirmation Yes button.

Back To The Default Settings

After the factory reset, you’ll get a menu for Bible Adventures; this is basically a whole different game. As you try to figure out how to play, you’ll legit forget you’re even playing High on Life 2; that is, until.
Suit-O will try to reach out to you as he attempts to fix things. He eventually succeeds, and you’re back in real life; but it’s not over yet.

Muppy Doo has made it to your brain and is planning to hit the self-destruct button, which means boom; you die. Oh well, but what can you do?
Donkey Kong-Style Fight

Suit-O will give you a visual of the senator trying to reach the self-destruct button as a Donkey Kong-style game; and you need; well, there’s no easy way to say this; but stab your head where the senator is.
This means every time you miss, you actually stab yourself. The aiming is brutal here, and we ended up stabbing ourselves many, many times; but things worked out in the end; or at least we thought they did.

We finally managed to kill Muppy Doo, but the repeated stabs to our head made us collapse, bleeding.
Lizzie and Gene rush to help as fast as they can, while Sheath tries to keep us conscious. Of course, you just wake up back at Quarters, fine and all; everyone is impressed with your work.
Mission Accomplished

Muppy Doo is dead, and you can cross that bounty off the board and move on to hunt your next target.
