You have defeated three out of the five targets of Rhea Pharma in High on Life 2, and you decided to rest before discussing the next plans with Lizzie and the others.
The next day, when you wake up and check on them, it turns out they want to throw a party so everyone can relax and take a break from all the killing. Honestly, that actually sounds pretty nice, right?

Pick Up Supplies From Party City

Since they all agree to the plan, you are in charge of bringing party supplies, you know, stuff like pop, candy, confetti, the color letters, and all the other decorations.
So you need to take the RV to Circuit Arcadia and head to the City Mall there. On the upper floor, you will come across the Party City shop.

As soon as you approach the door to the shop, you will be attacked by the same mysterious figure who attacked you when you were picking up Jeppy.
You still have no idea who this is, and he is still somehow trying to get revenge on you, not for the bounty, but for personal reasons.
Halfway through the monologue he has been preparing to say, he reveals himself to be Suit-O. That’s odd. Somehow the Suit-O from your old suit wants to take revenge on you.

Back to his monologue, he explains that when you started killing bounty hunters and turning into an outlaw, the old suit was trying to sabotage you. But of course, you had to get rid of it, and Shoot-O was trying to help.
It seems that this pissed him off for some reason because you thought you had already copied it to your new suit.

As he tries to put the gun to your head and pull the trigger, he can’t. He’s a coward. Just then, he gets electrocuted from behind. It seems that Tiffany has arrived at the right time to claim her bounty.
Since you’re pinned down on the floor, she kicks your face, and you lose consciousness. Jeez, you faint really easily, mate, get a grip.
Escape Prison

After you wake up, you find yourself in a cell room with Shoot-O installed in a new body. You have no gun, no nothing, and are stripped of everything you had.
The two of you are stuck here, and he is still finishing his monologue about how he tried to save you and all that yapping blah blah blah, he just can’t shut up, man.

Then he explains the process of how the old Shoot-O got separated from the new one and how Gene had to copy and paste the program and all; boring stuff honestly. It doesn’t make sense, but oh well, this is High on Life, so yeah.
Anyway, just as he finishes his monologue, another prisoner gets fed up with this nonsense and shouts at him to be quiet. I mean, finally, someone had to say it, glad it wasn’t us.
A Stranger Visit

It seems you have a stranger at the cell door, and you might recognize their voice if you’ve played the first game. This stranger asks you to come closer so he can have a word with you.
NIPULON!!!! But how???? We killed him during the onslaught against the G3 cartel, how could he have survived? Not only that, but he is the CEO of Rhea Pharma!!!!
Mind blowing, what a twist. That’s probably the last person we expected to be the CEO or even be back, which is good narrative.

Well, you now know more about Rhea Pharma and all of that, but you are stuck in this little cell that you need to break out of.
Oh, but he doesn’t stop there. He kicks you to the floor and rips your arm out of your body as part of his revenge. Once again, you pass out.
The next time you wake up, you have one less arm and no idea how to leave this room.
Break Out Of The Cell

Shoot-O seems willing to cooperate now after what he witnessed, and he suggests that you collect whatever you find useful, or even not useful, and bring it to the table behind him to try and craft some sort of gun.
There are a bunch of items that you need to grab, and here is the list of all of them:
- First, grab the soup and a water bottle from the shelf next to the toilet.
- Then collect the batteries placed on the right side of the yellow-colored table.
- After that, tear down the poster beside the bunk beds to uncover a hidden hammer.
- Use that hammer to smash the yellow and red table and gather the items inside.
- Break the television near Shoot-O to collect some wires.
- Hit Shoot-O’s hands with the hammer to obtain the gun arms.
- Finally, smash the gate in front of the fan near the exit and take the fan.

Place all these items on the table. There is, however, one more thing you need to grab: a chip to put Shoot-O’s AI on it.
If you keep an eye on the guard outside, when he turns his back on you, you will be able to take the chip from the round window of the cell.

With all items in hand, head back to the table, and you will be able to craft a kind of gun. Now you need to integrate Shoot-O into it.
This special gun can grab random objects and launch them your way, which is useful for now. Try it out: pick up the toilet seat and throw it at the door to escape the cell.
Get Out

Get out of the cell and then progress forward; there is only one path from here. Along the way, you will encounter multiple security guards that you need to defeat.
Simply grab all the random objects and launch them at the guards. You don’t really have HP in this section, so don’t worry—you can take as much damage as you like.

Keep progressing forward until you reach the escape pod. As soon as you try to open the door to use it, you will get pulled back by Nipulon.

He is going to rip out your other arm and leave you hanging there while Shoot-O runs away to escape. What a pathetic scene: no arms, Nipulon on you, and your only friend leaving you to rot.

You would think this is the end, but it seems Shoot-O still has some morals. He shoots Nipulon in the head, then grabs you and carries you to the escape pod, and you successfully escape the prison.
Back To Quarters

Shoot-O calls Gene and Lizzie, and they come to pick you up. You wake up to find the robot fixing some robotic hands.
They had to put robotic hands instead of your own because, well, you need arms to hold your Gatlian, right?
