Rosaries are a new form of currency in Hollow Knight: Silksong. You need them to buy weapon upgrades, maps and other items from vendors. So here is a location of an early farming spot.

After finishing the intro, you’ll arrive at Bone Bottom, the first major town. From here, head east into The Marrow. If you have enough Rosaries, consider buying the Magnetite Brooch from the vendor to make farming easier. Continue east and upward through The Marrow, unlocking shortcuts along the way, until you reach a boss chamber. Defeat the enemies there to drop into a new area, then head west to open a gate back to Bone Bottom. Keep moving east past an offering bowl and deeper into The Marrow, scaling temporary platforms until you reach an NPC named Shakra, who sells maps and supplies.
To reach the farming spot, go west from Shakra into Mosshome Zone. Cross the elevated platform while dealing with projectile-shooting bugs, then hit a lever to open a shortcut. Keep east to find a bench and another lever linking back to Shakra. This bench is your farming base.
If you move to the left, you will find Mosshome. Now when you first get here, Mosshome is great for Rosaries, almost all enemies drop them and you can find Strings. But if you come back here later – you can save at this bench and run through Mosshome for 25 Rosaries a run which takes a minute. An hour of doing this gets you about 1500 Rosaries. Which is more than enough to unlock everything in early game. You can find a video below to see a run.
