Our walkthrough will guide you through Hornet’s journey across Pharloom step by step—covering everything from tricky platforming sections and hidden secrets to boss fights and exploration tips. Whether you’re here to get unstuck or just want a smoother path through the kingdom, we’ve got you covered.
In this part of the walkthrough, we explore Far Fields and defeat Fourth Chorus.

From the platform where you beat Lace, head to the right. Hit the switch in the next year to ear splitting effect. Rest at the bench and exit the area. You will now be in Far Fields.
Far Fields
Keep moving right, dash to the next platform. Take care of the leafy bugs.
There is a path leading up and out, but you can’t reach it now. So exit through the right. Dispatch the ninja ant near the totem pole and keep moving. On the next platform you will meet a new kind of enemy. A skulled ant.
There is an ant ninja on his other side. This can be a difficult fight, adjust accordingly. Once they are done keep moving to the right. Alternatively, take the lower path. Exit this area through the right. In the next area you will see updrafts.
Keep going to the next area. Go down to the bottom and you will find another new enemy with a sword for a tail. You can actually parry most of its attacks.
In the bottom right corner, is an explosive rock. Hit it and collect some shell shards. Head back up. Take the top right path to a cave with Shakra inside.
Get the map from her. Exit the cave and take the path right below her cave. Drop down to the very bottom and go past the giant automaton in the background. Yes, that is a boss.
Keep going and you will reach what seems like a giant balloon, climb up to the top and enter it.
Inside speak to the Seamstress. She will give you the Hunt Flexile Spines.
Go back out and head to the right to exit the area. In the next area, kill these enemies for the Spine Cores. Just hit the spikes they shoot once it embeds on the surface.
You need 25 of these so get hunting. On the top left corner you can get a bunch of Rosaries.
There is an explosive rock at the bottom right corner that leads to the next area, but ignore it for now. Just leave the area and come back to keep farming the Spine Cores. Once you have 25 get back to the Seamstress.
She will now craft the Drifter’s Cloak for you.
Go back out to the left and once you reach the location in the map below, ride the draft up to a secret area.
Go back down and prepare for a boss fight.
Boss: Fourth Chorus
This boss has 3 basic moves –
- A directional slam down – in which he takes out the platforms with his fist. You need to dash to either side when this is coming.
- A stage wide swipe. You need to jump over it and if need be hover for a bit to completely clear you.
- Once you stagger him, he will bring down magma from the top that you need to avoid. During this phase he keeps doing the above two moves.
- After you stagger him thrice, he will shorten the platform and two updrafts will appear on each side. Ride up the updraft and attack the rock to defeat the boss.
Dodging, floating and dashing are paramount in this fight. Hit his head and dodge his attacks. It’s a long drawn out and annoying fight. Once you get all 4 phases down, his eyes explode.
