    Hytale Part 2 Walkthrough

The part 1 walkthrough of Hytale ends with setting a new respawn point in the house. Make your way out of the base and keep exploring the area. Be aware of the deadly enemies, like wolves, that can attack you from any side. Enemies can block your attack, so get ready, step back, and follow up with the powerful attack.

    Build a Base

Use the Rusty Iron Axe to deal damage to enemies rather than using the one-handed sword. Four to five hits from this weapon are enough to eliminate the enemies. Defeating the wolf allows you to gain Medium Hide and Raw Wildmeat.

    Craft Workbench

Once you reach the small riverside in the middle of the map, you can acquire a set of items. This set includes Carrot, Stick, Brown Common Mushroom, Green Flatcap Mushroom, Lesser Health Potion, Essence of Life, and Azure Fruit. Just after you collect the items, the Black Wolf attacks you. Use your rusty axe to defeat it and gain Raw Wildmeat.

Press the TAB to open the inventory and select the workbench to craft it. The materials required to craft this bench are 4xAny Tree Trunk and 3x Any Stone. If you have the required materials, click on the Craft button to start the process. You need to place the workbench at a suitable location to craft new items.

    Craft New Items

Interact with the Workbench to see which items you can craft. The required materials to craft any item are also displayed. To craft some advanced items, you need to upgrade the workbench. Upgrading will require items like Copper Ingot and Iron Ingot. You can craft weapons, pickaxes, and burning structures. Use 6x Any Tree Trunk and 6x Stone to craft a Furnace.

Once you craft the furnace, place it at a suitable location. Craft the Builder’s Workbench at the workbench tier 1 using 6xAny Tree Trunk and 3x Any Stone. Crafting the Campfire at the workbench requires 4xStick and 2xAny Rubble. You can interact with the campfire to cook basic meals using the required ingredients.

Go to the structure tab in the workbench and select Furniture workbench to craft it. Use 6xAny Tree Trunk and 4xAny Stone to craft Furniture Workbench. Once you craft it, place it at the suitable location.

You need to craft the Farmer’s Workbench using the required materials, like 6xAny Tree Trunk and 20x Plant Fiber. Use 6xAny Tree Trunk, 3xAny Stone, and 3x Light Hide to craft a Tanning Rack.

    Use Tanning Rack

Interact with the Tanning Rack after placing it on the ground, and add the Light Hide from the inventory in the input menu of the Tanning Rack. The Light Hide is processed into Light Leather.

The process will take a few seconds, but it’s worth waiting. Interact with the Furnace and add sticks in the fuel section. Add the Iron Ore in the Input menu to start the smelting process. Doing so allows you to gain an Iron Ingot.

Interact with the workbench and select the Wooden Chest from the weapon tab. 10xAny Tree Trunk is consumed to craft it. You can use this chest to put the items from the inventory to free up some space.

You need to interact with the wooden chest to insert items, so make sure to craft at least three of them. Interact with the campfire after crafting it and add sticks in the fuel section. Place the Brown Cap Mushroom and Carrot in the Input to start making the recipe.

    Build a House

The smelting process takes much time, so you can do other tasks while the process completes. You need to use the Oak log to build a house. Oak Log is obtained by breaking the wooden pillars using the Hatchet. Make sure you have enough of them in your inventory to use them to build a structure.

Select the suitable ground while holding the Oak Log and press the LMB to add it. You need to make a pillar, so keep pressing the LMB to make one pillar.

Now, make another pillar from five blocks gap. Use the same process, but make sure that all the pillars have the same height. Make at least 8 to 10 pillars to build a structure. Aim at the peak of the pillar and press the LMB to add the block at the front side to make a wall. You need to use your own creativity to make the house.

Interact with the Builder’s Workbench and select the Ash Log from the inventory to add it to the Input section. You can now choose different structures to craft them using the required material. Interact with the Workbench and move into the structure section. Choose the Blacksmith’s Anvil from the list and use 2xCopper Ingot, 10xAny Tree Trunk, and 5xStone to craft it.

Place it in the quick bar and drop the Blacksmith’s Anvil in the suitable location. You can craft the weapons like the Sword (Copper Sword, Iron Sword, Thorium Sword, Cobalt Sword, and Adamantite Sword).

Consume the recipe you make at the campfire to gain energy. You need to start digging the ground inside the unfinished house. Interact with the Workbench and use 3xCopper Ingot, 6xAnt Tree Trunk, and 1xPlant Finer to craft a Copper Pickaxe.

    Use Hardwood Planks

Remove all the grass from inside the structure. Now, start placing the Hardwood Log to make the base of the structure. You can craft the Hardwood Planks from the Builder’s Workbench using the Oak Log. Fill the base of the structure with these blocks. Select the Tavern Bed from the inventory and put it in your quick bar. Place the bed inside the structure.

Interact with the bed to set a new respawn point. Now, continue filling the outer wall of the house with more blocks. Interact with the Builder’s Block and use the Oak Log to craft more Hardwood Planks. Craft the Simple Wooden Door to install it at the front of the house.

Be aware of the deadly enemies that can attack you during the night while building the house. Destroy more trees to obtain more Oak Log, Stick, Tree Sap, and Plant Fiber.

    Cover the House

Make sure you have enough amount of Oak Logs in your inventory to craft new wooden structures. Hardwood Planks are the first priority to build the house. Cover the wall with the planks. Use the Hardwood Planks to craft Hardwood Stairs and a Simple Wooden Window to place them in the house. Craft multiple structures and add them to your inventory to use them.

Get inside the structure and use the Hatchet to make some space from the window. Install the Simple Wooden Window to make the house fancy. You can sleep on the bed to pass the time. Interact with the Builder’s Workbench to craft the Hardwood Roof Flat using the Oak Log.

Move to the top of the house and start installing the roof parts to cover the house completely. Using the rooftop stairs on the top will give a unique look to the house. Interact with the Hardwood Half Slab using the Oak Log to cover the roof completely. Install the torch inside the house to light it up.

Sleep on the bed to pass the time if it’s nighttime. You can craft fancy candles from the Furnace using the required materials to install them inside the house.

    Complete the House

Crafting the Lantern at the Furniture Workbench requires 2xAny Tree Trunk, 1xCandle, and 4xTree Sap. I highly recommend you place all the workbenches, furnace, campfire, and other structures inside the house. Simply use the hatchet to break them, and they will move into your quick bar.

Now, get inside the house and place them one-by-one at the suitable location. Cutting the white tree allows you to gain Birch Log, Stick, and Tree Sap. Craft the Armorer’s Workbench using the required materials like 2xCopper Ingot, 10xAny Tree Trunk, and 5xAny Stone.

Use 6xCopper Ingot and 1xPlant Fiber to craft Copper Helm. Now that you have built the base completely, start exploring the map.

Defeat all the enemies you encounter on your way. Use the Rusty Iron Axe to eliminate the Black Wolf. Consume the recipe you make using the campfire to gain health and energy.

Once you’re tired of exploring, return to the base and sleep on the bed. That’s where the part 2 walkthrough in Hytale concludes.
