Hytale Part 7 Walkthrough

The previous chapter ends with exploring the cave and Boreal Reach in Hytale. We use the resources to craft new crafting benches. Now, it’s time to explore the Kweebec Village and Gem Mineshaft. Make sure to place the unnecessary items in the small chest in the base to free up some space in your inventory.

Place the best weapons, tools, and food items in the hotbar for quick use. It’s best to have some advanced food recipes in your inventory. Consuming them allows you to gain health and additional buffs. Craft the torch before heading out of the shelter to explore the dark areas easily. Hold the best weapons like daggers or swords in your main hand to eliminate any threat.

Get Inside Kweebec Village

Make your way out of the shelter and open the map to mark the location of Kweebec village. Continue following the marker till you get inside the treehouse. You can find multiple plant people who are happy to see you. If you see them for the first time, go near them to unlock the Kweebec Sproutling memory.

You can obtain multiple resources, like Kweebec Wardrobe, Aubergine, and Essence of Life, from this area. Open the small Kweebec chest near this NPC to obtain Cauliflower Seed Bag, Oak Log, Light Hide, Wheat Seed Bag, Azure Log, Grilled Fish, and Crude Battleaxe. You can also get the Green Flatcap Mushroom and Brown Common Mushroom from inside one of the rooms.

Collect Everything

There’s even a bed in this room, and sleeping on it allows you to set a new respawn point in the game. Search for the natural resources around this area, as you can’t find any enemies nearby. Harvesting the food crops also allows you to gain Essence of Life, which is crucial for purchasing new items from the trader in the Forgotten Temple. This area can be considered the hub of natural resources like food items.

Get to the upper platforms to get your hands on more useful resources from the chests. You can also find the Rootling Merchant here, who sells items like Salt Dough, Spices, and more for Essence of Life. Make your way out of this area and explore the other side of the village.

If it’s nighttime while exploring this area, you might be in trouble. More deadly creatures spawn at night than during the day. Killing the creature here during the night allows you gain Essence of Void.

Defeat Enemies At Night

Defeat the enemy from a safe distance to avoid engaging with them in close-range combat. Go all the way to the base and place all the obtained items in the chests. Doing so allows you to make more space for new items. Again, get out of the base and keep exploring Kweebec Village.

If you found any sheep, use the scissors to obtain Wool Scraps and Poop. Kill the pigs using the daggers to acquire Light Hide, Raw Pork, and Stick.

Killing the Snake here at night grants you a Venom Sac, which is a crucial item to craft new things. If you die fighting the enemies, you lose all the items, and respawn at the respawn set point. You need to run to the point where you die to collect your items. If you don’t move out to get your items, they will eventually disappear. Find the area around the castle in Kweebec Village to get your hands on useful items.

Defeat the enemies with the charge attack of the dagger. Going near any Peacock here allows you to unlock Tetrabird memory. However, killing them using the weapons grants you a Dark Feather. Exploring the area between the blue and red forests allows you to gain multiple mushrooms. Be aware of the deadly bear that can attack you. Use the bear trap to tackle this creature and then take it out using the daggers.

Gem Mineshaft

While exploring these forests, you will find a Gem Mineshaft. Get inside and continue moving till you get to the center of the mineshaft. Get ready to take out all the enemies in this area, so consume the food items to gain buffs like physical, projectile, and poison resistance.

Use the Pickaxe to start mining the nodes. You can obtain the Yellow Crystal Shards, Green Crystal Shards, and Blue Crystal Shards.

Explore the area thoroughly and collect all the essential items, and add them to your inventory. You can also acquire the Iron Ores from this mineshaft, so use the weapons to mine them. Searching the small chests allows you to gain a Lesser Health Potion, Beech Log, Copper Ore, and Crude Pickaxe.

Trork Camp

Get out of the Mineshaft and open the map by pressing the ‘M’ key to mark the marker at Trork Camp. Continue following the marker to reach the destination. Make sure to collect all the essential items and kill all the deadly creatures while traversing.

Eventually, you will get inside the Trork Camp filled with deadly enemies. A black wolf can attack you when you first enter the camp, so get ready to eliminate it.

Loot all the chests from this area to get your hands on useful items. You may encounter multiple animals here that can attack you in the first place. Your objective here is to collect all the useful resources from nearby and use them later.

You can also get the Cooper Gauntlets from one of the chests. Equipping this armor piece allows you to gain +3% projectile resistance and +3% physical resistance. Consume the Lesser Stamina Potion to restore 50% stamina instantly.

Grow Crops At Base

Make your way back to the base to put all the obtained items in the chests. Now that you have obtained multiple resources, it’s best to grow some crops at your base. Before you can farm, you must craft and place a Farmer’s Workbench. Use a regular Workbench to craft it. It typically requires 6x tree trunks and 20x plant fiber. This Workbench is your farming hub, as it offers seeds, tools, and upgrades.

Search the world for wild, grown crops like wheat and lettuce, and harvest them. You can cook the harvested crops at the Chef’s Stove or Campfire to consume them. Harvesting crops gives Essence of Life in Hytale. You can trade Essence of Life at the Farmer’s Workbench to buy seed bags for crops you want to plant. Essence of Life is essential because it’s the currency that lets you unlock more seeds and tools.

Use the Crude Hoe to till soil for planting, Watering Can to fill the water from a river or water source to speed up crop growth. You can use a pickaxe or shears to harvest crops when they’re fully grown. quip the Crude Hoe and right-click on dirt or grass to till it.

With seeds selected, right-click the tilled soil to plant crops. Filling your Watering Can at a river or lake lets you apply water to the tilled land. Watered soil speeds crop growth significantly up to 2x.

Keep in mind that crops don’t need watering to grow, but doing so speeds things up. After planting and watering, crops will mature over a few in-game days. Upgrading your Farmer’s Workbench unlocks better seeds and more tools. This allows you to grow more crop types and improve efficiency. Use the fencing to protect crops from mobs, animals, or accidental destruction. You can also grow trees near your farm to have wood sources close by.

Craft Tanning Rack

Interact with the standard workbench in your base and select the Tanning Rack to craft it. You need to use 6xTree Trunk, 3xAny Stone, and 3xLight Hide. You can use the Tanning Rack to process raw hides into leather. Upgrading reduces processing times and increases storage capacity.

Explore Skeleton Tower

Make your way out of the shelter and start moving towards the Skeleton Tower. Make sure to hold the best weapons and armor before getting inside, as you may encounter multiple enemies here.

Don’t need to go from the main entrance. Approach the tower from behind and jump off the upper platforms to reach the Simple Wooden Window. Use the Crude Hatchet to destroy the window to get inside. Use the daggers or sword with a shield to eliminate the enemies. The mobs can block your attack, so use the right strategy to defeat them.

The Iron Chains are hanging from the ceiling, so use the pickaxe to collect them. You can use the Basalt Cobble to get to the higher ground to acquire all the chains. Use the pickaxe to destroy the bookshelves to obtain a Simple Wooden Bookshelf. You can also get the Small Pile of Books by using the pickaxe on the books.

Get ready to fight multiple mobs at the higher level of the tower. Once you get the useful resources, make your way out of the skeleton tower to get inside the base. Put all the obtained items into the chests to free up some space in inventory. You can decorate the base by placing the pile of books you found from the skeleton tower.

Go out of the shelter and harvest the crops to cook more recipes at the Chef’s Stove. That’s where the Part 7 walkthrough in Hytale ends.
