Hopewell’s Security System

Shut Down The Perimeter Security Substation

The first thing you need to do is disable the security system, so you must make your way to the perimeter security Substation. Find the nearest vehicle and head toward the objective marker.

Once you reach the substation, you need to shut down the system. To do that, you will need to find a panel, which will often require a bit of platforming.

In our case, we had to use the elevator near the gate to reach the upper level, and from there we were able to access the panel.

Shut Down The Security Chief’s Substation

This will shut down half of the security, and you will then need to make your way to the next location, the Security Chief’s Substation.

After you reach this location, you need to do the same thing: find the panel that you can use to shut down the power.

However, this time it will cause a lockdown, and you will have to survive a few enemy waves. During each wave, you will need to kill all the special enemies in order to proceed to the next one.

One Last Ride

You shut down the system and now have full access to the site. It is time to meet Leon there, so drive toward the objective marker.

At the entrance of the site, you will find Leon waiting for you to gather. He will open the nearby garage, and you will finally be able to drive the God Killer Truck.

The truck is prepared, the bait is there, and it is fully armored to crush any zombie in its path. Drive toward the drill site, and along the way you will encounter insane numbers of zombies.

Do not worry; you do not need to get out and kill them. Just keep ramming them, and if you get overwhelmed, use the EMP ability to eliminate anything within the vicinity.

Eventually, you will reach an elevator. Park the truck on it to go down to the site. Keep driving through the hordes of zombies you encounter until you reach the sludge location, or at least above it.

Activate The Bait

Its time to set the plan into motion, activate the bait by using the switch nearby. This will attract all types of zombies toward the truck, but your task here is to keep it safe.

You need to keep the bait activated until the Sludge God come out of its lair in three minutes. This means you have three minutes during which the truck must be protected.

Unfortunately this won’t work and something else will catch Leon’s attention. It seems that the monster doesn’t want to come out, so you will have to go down to him yourself.

Kill A God

Head inside the building and use the elevator to go down. You will come across a huge arena where, in the middle, you will find the egg Leon mentioned earlier.

In this arena, there is a laser system that you can use to your advantage, but before you dig into that, roam around and make sure to restock on everything and pick a heavy weapon.

Defeat Hellspawn

This is the final boss arena, and there are a lot of items and weapons around that you can use, not to mention the healing and explosives bags as well. Keep in mind where they are located because you will need to return to them.

Now, before you start the fight, interact with the few panels around to disable the voltage regulators on the floor and gain full power for the laser. Once that is done, interact with the panel to start the boss fight against Hellspawn.

This is a dangerous monster, and you cannot face it directly. You need to lure the creature toward one of the exposed circuit traps around the area to stun it.

When the creature is stunned, make sure to shoot the weak spots on its body, the same red glowy orbs as usual. This is basically the whole fight.

Midway through the fight, you will need to reactivate the mining laser and shoot the monster with it again. During this period, zombies will come and attack you.

A few of the panels will be blocked by sludge, and you need to clear them before you can activate the laser again.

After you use the laser, the fight returns to normal, and you will need to stun the monster using the electric traps around the area and then shoot its weak spots.

When you are about to kill the Hellspawn, this will attract the attention of the Sludge God, and it will come to you. Shoot the weak spots on it and wait for Leon to make his move.

The End

Just as our crew was about to give up, Leon arrived with the God Killer Truck from above and crashed toward its mouth. The monster took the bait, causing it to explode.

The crew went to check on Leon because this was very brave of him and found him wounded. At least the nightmare is over, and you can all go back to enjoy your peace, at least for a bit.
