Boulderia is an island in Lou’s Lagoon where the town is hidden inside, so you first need to gain access to it. You will also learn how to craft a scooper to find hidden items. Restore the power by crafting power source and bring the water level down.

The Quest For The Wave Statue
Your next destination is Boulderia. When you are on the island, follow the quest marker to reach a door. You need to talk to Bram about the Wave statue, but its so dark inside, so we got to solve that first.
Where’s Sunshine Quest Walkthrough
Talk to Brakka and ask him why it’s so dark inside. He will tell you that you need a scooper. Head back to Lou’s island to craft a scooper at Fidge’s lab.
The Scooper requires 1499 Shellings and 2 thrust bearings. Go back to island, climb the hill in the circle path. Use your scooper to reveal a hidden ball like object. Use your swirler at it to remove it. Go forward and ride the water stream to go up and remove the goo pearl.
Inside Gorplin
Talk to Bram inside the facility. Next talk to Brok about burgers. Next you need to repair leaking pipes with beever oil. Each pipe will take eight beever oils to fix.
You will encounter beevers roaming outside the island and even inside the facility. Each Beever will yield you seven oils, so you need to gather it from three of them.
Repair the pipes and talk to Brok. You will get the burgers for the next task. Once you are done, a new island will rise up.
Powerless Cranes
Talk to Bree, and she will ask you to find generator parts that are lost underground. Use your scooper to locate them. Walk around the island and scan.
When you locate them, pull with your swirler. They can be found near the door that lead to the facility. Once you are done, talk to Brakka again.
Heat Up The Chains Quest Walkthrough
This is one of the longer quests in Lou’s Lagoon. You need to craft three power source at the manufacturer and transfer them at the designated locations. Power source requires energy pearl and pulsanite which are crafted at the refinery. You need goo pearl, zanana, and one microchip to craft energy pearls.
For microchips, you need circuitry and bronze scales. Circuitry can be forages from Norleaf after you find them with your scooper. You will spot a machine-like object buried in the ground. For bronze scales, you will need to fish till you find a fish with bronze scales.
Heavy ores are found in a cave in Lou Island. Go to the direction of the balloon. Transfer sugar crystals so you can climb the ladder. Climb to the top then glide across platforms. Climb some more platforms and insert the power source.
The next place where you need to insert another power source, is easier to find and you will run into it as you are climbing the hill. Near the ship, you will find a climbale vine which leads to movable platforms. Go through them and you will reach the boat easily. Get in your plane and fly through the chains.
Finding Generator Parts And Boombox
Go further in the island and talk to Bram. Head underground and then use the scooper to find generator parts. They will be around the area, and you might find them closer to the buildings near some vines. The minecarts and cranes will become active after you do that.
Use the minecarts to reach a moving platform. Jump onto surface to climb another crane and then glide towards the bulb’s opening. Talk to Grim after reaching the top.
The Finale
Go to the crab’s eye. You will find the boombox around that area. You will engage in aerial combat to defeat pirate targets. An easier way to do this, is by just bumping into their ships while holding a goo pearl.
Next head to the destination marked on the quest marker. Break the bricks to reveal a hidden passage. You will find Lou but you need to rescue him from the pirates.
After you fend off the minions, the pirate boss will appear. Defeat him once and he will shield himself. You need to beat his underlings around to gather goo pearls and then transfer them to the shield. Defeat him after his shield is broken and you will reunite with Lou.
