Table of contents
Intro
- We begin with Flora at the harbour. Go right, jumping over gaps and go up the stairs to the right to meet Hyge.
- On entering Flora’s Magical Delicacies, her store, go right to meet Hina, who will give you your first order.
Get the Stove Running – Hina
Order: Stew x1, Avoid Spicy
- Begin by taking water from the faucet and putting it in the pot on the stove.
- For this order, any Stew dish will do.
- There are two stew recipes in your recipe book – Mushroom Goulash and Ulport Ragout. Of these, we only have the ingredients for the Mushroom Goulash.
- We require a mushroom and a vegetable, along with something salty.
- Put in a Timbershade (mushroom) and an Ulport Squash (vegetable). Then, put in an Ulport Stock (spice), which is salty.
- Note that while the Hornpepper is also a vegetable, it is spicy, which Hina does not want.
- The above recipe will create the Timber Goulash, which is a type of Mushroom Goulash, and more importantly, a stew.
- You can also exclude the Ulport Stock to create a Mixed Stew, if you’d rather serve that to Hina.
Traders in and around Central Plaza
- You should now head out of the store (through the entrance) and head left to get to the Central Plaza.
- In the Central Plaza, you can head up the elevator to find The Braided Petal, where you can buy herbs and mushrooms, among other things. This will be closed for now, though.
- A little to the left of The Braided Petal, you’ll meet Avery, who can sell you recipes. The Mushroom Noodles and Croûton Soup are good buys to start, as they both require only a Pot to make.
- Further left from Avery, past the Ryverfarers, you can drop down onto a platform to find Colo, a cartographer who will give you a map of Grat for free.
- If you go down from the elevator to the right of the Braided Petal, you’ll find the Star’s Forge, where you can purchase upgrades to your kitchen.
- If you buy any upgrades, you can install them by heading back to the store and going up to your bed, where you’ll find a blueprint of the store on the wall.
- Finally, return to the Storefront area (outside your store) and go right, into the next screen, then down the stairs to yet another screen.
- In this area, go all the way down to the ground to find the Bakery, which is run by Signe.
- It’s a good idea to unlock the shortcut from the Bakery area to the Central Plaza while you’re here.
- Go left from the bakery, jumping over the thorns as you go, into the next screen. Here, pull the blue lever to open the gate, allowing you easy access to and from the bakery.
Orders in Central Plaza
Refreshment for Planning – Laurent
How to find: Laurent can be found on the top floor of the Central Plaza, to the left of Avery.
Order: Stew x2
- Laurent’s order is for two stews, similar to what Hina wanted.
- There are no further conditions, so feel free to make a spicy stew or two if you prefer.
- Remember that you require 2 Stews for this order, so prepare stew dishes twice. They don’t have to be the exact same, as long as they are stews.
Sweetness for a Princess – Adelaide
How to find: Princess Rose Adelaide can be found on the middle floor of the Central Plaza, to the left of Star’s Forge (ignoring the gaps in the way).
Order: Dessert x1
- For this order, you can create a Marzipan, or Nut Truffles. The recipe for the latter can be purchased at the Bakery. (There are two more Dessert recipes available at the Bakery, but they require an Oven).
- Both the Marzipan and Nut Truffles dishes requires the Cutting Board and Mortar and Pestle. You can buy both of these from Star’s Forge and install them in your kitchen.
- Purchase at least 1 Honeyspark and 1 Hazel from the Bakery.
- Then, use the Mortar and Pestle to grind the Honeyspark to get Honeyspark Sugar, which is necessary for either recipe.
- You can now use the Honeyspark Sugar and the Hazel with the Cutting Board to get Hazel Truffles.
- Alternately, you can grind the Hazel in the Mortar and Pestle to get Hazel Flour and then use that on the Cutting Board (with Honeyspark Sugar) to make Marzipan.
- Deliver your chosen dish to Adelaide to get the Bridge Pass.
Earning Hina’s Help – Hina
How to find: Return to the shop and talk to Hina after completing “Sweetness for a Princess”.
Order Sweet x1
- Anything sweet will do for Hina, so whip up a Marzipan or Hazel Truffles and deliver it to her to complete this quest.
- Check “Sweetness for a Princess” above to learn how to make them.
- Completing this quest will enable the “Walk-Up Window” mechanic, where you can sell your goods to customers at the shop window.
Using the Bridge Pass
- Once you obtain the Bridge Pass from Adelaide, simply go to the far left from the Central Plaza’s middle level, into the new screen, and farther west until you are stopped by a mysterious person.
- Go left now, to the very bottom of the screen to find a Mysterious Woman. Talk to her to learn that she’s Cassia, and you’ll then be granted the power to double-jump.
- Go back up to the bridge gateway and go left, double-jumping across the gap.
