Welcome to the first part of our walkthrough for Medic: Pacific War.
Pearl Harbor serves as the prologue chapter of the game, where you’ll learn the basics of treating the wounded on the battlefield and get an up-close look at the horrors of war.

Reaching the Hospital

After the opening cutscene, you’ll find yourself standing at the pier. Your objective right now is to follow Philips to the Port.

Keep running after him. You’ll have to crawl under some rubble as you reach a destroyed hangar.

Soon you’ll reach a wounded soldier. Inspect the soldier to start the treatment.

Your goal in this game is to stabilize the wounds of soldiers on the battlefield and carry them to safety. This time however, you only have to stabilize the wound to continue forward.
Inspect the wounded soldier and treat his wound by following the prompts.

Continue following Philips, and he’ll lead you to a locked gate. Go through the gate once he opens it for you.

Keep moving forward along the path. You’ll see an explosion up ahead. There are two wounded soldiers on the ground.
Luckily, there’s also a supply box nearby where you can stock up on medical supplies. Loot the box and stabilize both wounded soldiers before moving on.

Just past the wounded soldiers, you’ll spot a soldier standing on the other side of a fence. Head toward the fence and the soldier will open the gate for you.

Keep moving forward till you spot a wounded soldier on your left. Inspect the supply boxes on your left first before heading toward the wounded soldier.

You’ll have to use a Tourniquet this time to stop the bleeding on his leg. Once the wound is stabilized, carry the soldier (hold R on keyboard).

Follow the map marker to carry him to the ambulance. However, there’s rubble along the way. You’ll have to drag the soldier past it.

Phillips will be waiting for you on the other side of the rubble. Carry the wounded soldier and follow Philips to reach the Ambulance. Interact with the stretcher to leave the wounded.

Continue following Philips afterward, and a cutscene will trigger once you reach a truck.

After the cutscene, pick up one of the medical crates and go after Philips. If you see a red mark along the ground, move out of the area. This indicates where an enemy plane will do a strafing run.

Drop off the crate at the location once you reach it. Then continue following Philips toward the Hospital.

But he will send you alone again once you reach a fence. Keep moving forward, following your compass while avoiding the red zones. You’ll eventually drop to a lower section.

You’ll spot a wounded soldier near a barrel on fire on your right. There’s a red zone under him that’s filling up slowly.
Quickly run toward the soldier and drag him out of the red zone.

Treat him afterward to stabilize the wound and carry him to the medical station.

There’s another soldier up ahead. You should see a marker on your screen indicating his location. You know the drill by now. Treat him and carry him to safety.

Follow the soldier standing next to the tent. He’ll open the gate so that you can head toward the hospital.

Past this point, you’ll spot two wounded soldiers. You can’t save both. So decide who you want to carry.

Continue forward, and a cutscene will trigger. After the cutscene, carry the soldier to the ambulance up ahead. You’ve finally made it to the Hospital.
The Airfield

After dropping the wounded soldier off at the ambulance, you’re ordered to advance to the Airfield. Restock your supplies and follow the compass to head toward your destination.

A cutscene will trigger as you approach the entrance to the Airfield.

When it ends, go through the open fence to enter the area. In this section of the game, you’ll have to go around the airfield, treat the wounded, and carry them back to safety.

There’s a Morale meter above that keeps trickling down. When you successfully treat a wounded, it gets a boost. Keep the Morale up as high as possible to get a higher score.

Beware of the red zones indicating mortar shells or strafing runs, and avoid them. If you get caught in a red zone, you’ll take damage.

After a while, you’ll get a Special Quest where you have to save a wounded AA Gun Operator. The idea is the same as before: stabilize the wounds and carry the soldier to safety.

There are two stages of this segment. The segment ends when the timer runs out. After this segment, follow the marker on your compass to return to the Commander.
Ammunition Support

The Commander will ask you to look for a Radio Operator. Follow the marker on the map to reach the gate to the Logistics Yard. A soldier will open the gate once you reach the location.

Pick up the Medical Boxes in the hangar and drop them off at the medical tent up ahead.

Head toward the small gate with the “Do Not Enter” sign on the wall next to it. Wait a moment, and the nearby soldier will open the gate for you.

This leads you to the Temporary Ammunition Storage zone. Run to the stack of crates at the center and pick one up.

Deliver the crate to a nearby AA Gun.

Pick up another crate of ammunition and deliver it to a second AA gun.

Once that’s done, make your way to the Third Medical Post, following the marker on your compass.
Finding Radio Operator Stinard

As you reach a collapsed hangar, you’ll get a side objective to stabilize the three trapped soldiers. This is optional, but it will give you bonus experience.

The Third Medical Post is through the door at the lower part of the collapsed Hanger. Talk to the soldier here, and he’ll tell you to make your way to the Port.

Keep running toward the marker on your compass. The objective will change to Find Radio Operator Stinard as you reach the Port.

You’ll see multiple wounded soldiers around you. But you don’t have time to save them right now. Instead, run to the wounded soldier on the northwest side of the zone behind the hangar near the wall. This is the Radio Operator you’ve been looking for.

Stabilize the wounds and carry him to the Radio Tent nearby. This will trigger a cutscene, and your mission will be over.
