Malinta Tunnel

The chapter begins with Mayers in the Malinta Tunnel. There are 5 wounded soldiers in the area. Treat them as best you can.

After a while, a cutscene will trigger. You’ll be ordered to verify the storeroom’s reserves. Follow Private Lewis along the tunnel toward the storeroom.

When you reach the storeroom, a cutscene will trigger, and a cave-in will block your way back. To get back, you have to loop around to the Malinta Tunnel’s entrance.

After the cutscene, follow Lewis through a small hole to reach the outside area.

Continue moving forward until you run into sniper fire. Quickly duck behind the supply truck up ahead. There is a supply box here that you can use to restock. Your objective now is to find Colonel Howard.
Reaching the Headquarters

Use the sandbags up ahead to make your way through the next section. When you’re out in the open and an enemy sniper spots you, you’ll see an indicator on your screen. If it fills up, you’ll get hit and take damage.

Duck behind the sandbags and wait for the indicators to go down before moving forward. Colonel Howard can be found ahead.

After reaching him, he’ll tell you to help two soldiers who got hit by the sniper. You can only help one of them.

Once you treat one of the soldiers, carry him toward Colonel Howard.

Stay close to Colonel Howard, and you’ll eventually make it to a new area that’s under heavy fire.

Drop off the wounded soldier at the nearest aid station. Then continue following Colonel Howard. You’ll trigger another cutscene.

After the cutscene, you’ll have to make your way to the tunnel to get back to Headquarters. Use the covers to avoid getting hit by the machine gun.

Enter through the Malinta Tunnel entrance to trigger another cutscene as you reach the Headquarters.
The Battlefield

Keep walking behind Colonel Howard through the tunnel. You’ll be led to a meeting where the Lt. General will thank you for your hard work.

After the conversation, make your way back to the entrance and head out to the battlefield. This will trigger a cutscene after which another battlefield segment begins.
Keep your troops’ Morale up by tending to the wounded and saving as many soldiers as you can.

This time around, you’ll also have to be wary of the snipers and machine gunners in the area. There are three stages you’ll have to get through.

After the first stage, you’ll get a Special Quest where you must deliver a medical supply box to a designated location. There’s another similar Special Quest after Stage 2.

After Stage 3, you’ll get a Special Quest to save the Logistics Company Commander. There are enemy snipers in the area, so make sure you drag him out of sight before you try to stabilize the wound.

After carrying him to safety, you’ll be tasked with taking three more soldiers to the nearest Aid Station.

When that’s done, return to the Headquarters through the tunnel entrance and report back to the Lt. General.
The Ambush – Evacuate the Wounded

After the cutscene, you’ll get a new type of mission: Evacuation. Return to the entrance of the tunnel. The enemies are closing in. Your goal right now is to save as many wounded as possible.

There’s a timer above your screen. You need to save three wounded before the timer runs out.

Once you’re done, report back to Lt. General. This is where the chapter ends.
