Mina the Hollower blends fast-paced action, exploration, and classic retro-inspired design into a challenging adventure packed with secrets. As Mina, a skilled Hollower armed with her trusty whip and burrowing abilities, you’ll battle dangerous enemies, uncover hidden treasures, and navigate a sprawling world full of surprises.
This walkthrough will guide you through each area, helping you find key items, solve puzzles, and overcome the toughest encounters along the way.

Ossex
City Center
Upon entering Ossex you will see the Underlab on the right.
Keep going north till you reach the gates of the Radiant Manor. You will be stopped here so just dig under the gate.
Radiant Manor
Courtyard
You will be in the Courtyard of the manor now. Pick up all the loot from the candles and grass around the yard. Then head north through the door.
Grand Hall
Speak to Mr. Furgus. Move north and take the door to the left.
Orphanage
Go past the people here and listen to Lionel speak. He will call you up to the front, once he leaves after cutting the ribbon.
Break open the gift boxes to receive bones. Go to the right and break all the boxes in the next room as well. Break the block at the end and go through back to the foyer.
Speak to Lionel and go back to the Grand Hall. Exit through the door at the bottom.
Courtyard
Back outside, you will be stopped by Thorne. Watch the scene playout.
Boss Fight: Thorne
He dashes at you, you can see the path he took by the dots he leaves on the floor, which subsequently explode after a delay. Avoid standing in his wake.
During the last phase of the fight, this path he takes gets longer and goes on for longer as well.
He hops three times and follows that with a super jump and comes crashing down from above.
He does three longer hops and then summons Tornadoes. Best way to avoid these is to burrow under them.
He does a triple swing attack where he slides towards you.
He can combo the super jump with tornado summons on impact.
Once you defeat him, Lionel will come out to talk. Follow him out to the town.
Ossex
City Center
After Lionel is done talking, head to the right. Check the fountain for the locations of the Spark Generators. Talk to Klumpy towards the north side of the screen and then collect loot from the surrounding area.
Speak to the newsie to learn that Rhene’s gone missing.
Check the newspaper in his stock. Check the couples quarters to the left of the newsie.
The fiance of the woman inside has gone to the Bone Beach. After you are done talking, loot the quarters. Take the blue chest as well.
Go back out to the City Center. Talk to Pokop near the fountain. Go south to find the Hollower’s Guild.
Hollower’s Guild
Speak to the desk attendant and dig to the back. Speak to Muriel about Rhene being missing. Take all the loot in the room and dig back out and exit the Guild.
City Center
Go up north and enter the Emporium.
Emporium
Speak to the Provisioner to see what they have in stock. You should buy the health upgrade, Health Rose if you have the bones. The building next door is the Kear Institute.
Kear Institute
Talk to Freeton and buy a Kear from him. Go back out to the City Center.
City Center
Go to the right of the Kear Institute and you will be on the High Street.
High Street
Speak to the Shadow and then the Rich Lady who will give you a bunch of bones. You can find Vaamir near the bottom of the street.
Go south and speak to the woman on the bench.
Go up the stairs on the north now. There is a man in purple here, hit him with your weapon to unfurl his nose. This is Furl. Climb his nose to get to the other side.
Pick up the flower bouquet from the second roof and drop down. Take it back to Furl. Now push him with the flowers all the way to the other side of the park. Clear the area and extend his nose again.
This will get you the Valor Medallion trinket. Unfurl Furl’s nose again. Get on it and wait for the barrel to show up on the right side of the channel, jump on it to access a secret area.
Check the blue chest inside for Bonedust Flakes.
Exit through the spout at the bottom. Go back up north past the stairs and talk to Dak about the Dugin.
Enter the Residence on the left next. There is nothing you can do inside for now.
Go back out and up the stairs next to open the blocked path with a Kear.
You can use the vacuum tube on the left here to move to the city center.
Go further north and you will find the telescope. Use the telescope to find this planet below, this will lead to you getting a Kear.
Go to the left from the telescope and speak to Dandy. Jump down the railing and into the hole at the bottom.
You will be back at the Residence. Pick up the blue chest this time and then take the stairs on the top left corner. This will lead you to a balcony where you can one of the best trinkets in the game – Steady Soles.
Jump back down and head to the south to exit Ossex.
