Monument Valley Walkthrough – Chapter 6, Part 2

Part 2

In the next screen, move Totem onto the button to open the door for Ida.

You’ll find rotation handles to Ida’s left. Give em a twist 180 degrees and move Totem to the end of the newly revealed path. Turn 180 degrees again, bringing up the stairway for Ida to go up. Go up the stairs, but don’t step on the pressure pad just yet.

Twist the handles 180 degrees again and have Ida step on Totem from her new position.

Bring Totem to the very end of the path to the left, i.e. as close to the door as possible. Have Ida step onto the button.

From the new position, rotate the handle 180 degrees, so that the stairway is facing upwards, and move Totem underneath the stairway. Turn the handle 180 degrees again to bring Totem right back up.

Now have Ida and Totem stand on the pressure pads nearest to them.

In the next screen, move Totem to the middle of the path. Twist the path (the rotation handles are right underneath it) 90 degrees counterclockwise. Move Totem to the far left on this path. Restore the path, i.e. turn it 90 degrees clockwise, and move Ida to the very end of this path, where she can step on Totem.

Turn 90 degrees counterclockwise again and move Totem to the very end, which will allow Ida to step on the nearby button. Do so.

Move Totem back onto the middle of the dark tiles of the turnable path, and twist it 90 degrees clockwise. If Totem is on the middle tile of the path, Ida should be able to step onto him when you turn it.

Now drag Totem towards the doorway, so that it’s at the tile closest to the doorway. Drag the circular handles below the doorway downwards, lifting Totem up. Move Totem even closer to the doorway and then have Ida go through the doorway.
