Welcome to the Into Indie Games walkthrough for Moonlight Peaks.
In Moonlight Peaks, you play as a Vampire who left their home to live on a farm. The game has a darker approach to farming, quite literally. You will meet several characters and follow questlines.
Your first task is to make some Red Wine for Orlock, but after that, you will eventually get more challenging tasks that also require you to have enough money.

Orlock’s Wine Scheme
You start by leaving your home. In the train, talk to your mom using any dialogue option.
Go out, and you will find a man lying outside your house. Pour water to wake him up. He tells you to find Viktor and make some red wine for him. You also have some farming tools now.
Go to the left of your plot across the bridge. Viktor is inside the dome building.
To start farming, use the shovel to dig up the land. Then, from your backpack, assign the seeds to your tool slot. Plant them and then water them. You will also notice some glowy spiral tiles—if you dig here, you may find recipes and items.
As you wait for crops to grow, you can go and meet the townsfolk.
Once your grapes have grown a bit, you will get a crafting recipe for a Keg. You will also get a workbench in your house. You need 20 wood to craft it, which can be gathered by using your axe on trees.
Place it anywhere on your farm from your inventory.
After your blood grapes are ready to harvest, place them in the keg, and it will automatically convert them to your selected recipe, in this case, the red wine.
Meet The Townsfolk
Go to the area to the right from your house to get to town. You will meet two men arguing, and Brook will ask you to register at the Town Hall. Talk to everyone you see walking in the area. You may find Mina, Ludo, Saga, Noel, Elvira, and Dragan wandering around.
Sabrina is inside her magic shop named Webb of Wonder. You may find Fiona with her. Aras is found next door in the shop called Third Eye Threads. If you go straight north from here, you will reach the Town Hall.
Brook will automatically register you as a townsfolk, and you will get a monster named Chester here to help you ship your products. Evan and Mina live in the shop with the pretzel sign named Coffee and Coffins. Alina is found near Dragan’s house, situated next to the shop.
Go east in town, and you will find The Broken Lamp bar after 23:00. You will find Samael here. Luna can be found sitting below the bench in the Town Hall, though you will usually find her on her farm in the Moonlit Pines. Go west from the Town Hall and then up the stairs to find her shop, where you can purchase seeds.
You can explore the town to look for houses and shops of other characters till you find them all. Near the end of the day and at the start of it, you’ll find that they are resting in their homes. That makes this the best time to look for them if you have missed any.
Open your map to see any undiscovered character or location in Moonlight Peaks.
How To Catch Fish
Head into the town area and go north. Noel will encounter you near a coast. He challenges you to a fishing challenge, and the quest ‘Outfish The Fisherman‘ will start. You also get a fishing rod.
Cast it in the water where you see some fish. If you hold the cast button for longer, the fishing hook will be cast further away. You can reel it in to close some distance. When the fish takes a bite, hold the reel button to get it.
If you cast the hook too close, the fish will get startled and run away. So try to keep it at some distance for them to notice it. There are many fish to collect in Moonlight Peaks.
The First Step To Comfort
Your cat needs a bed to sleep in. It will bother you one day to make it, and you will get a recipe for a Coffin Cat Bed.
You need wood and fibers to craft it. Use your scythe on plant bushes to obtain fiber. After crafting it, place it in your house and talk to your cat.
How To Care For Animals
Luna will send you a letter talking about animals being available. Go to her house, and a cutscene will start. You will need a barn for some Cheekens. It will cost you 4000 coins at Ridge’s shop. Clear some land on your farm before purchasing it to build on it.
Once it’s ready, go to Luna’s farm and purchase cheekens. You can put fodder in the barn, and they will leave byproducts to collect. You can craft fodder using a refiner. You will get the blueprint for the refiner after you fix the roof of your house.
A Bridge Too Far Quest Walkthrough
Talk to Orlock about apologizing. He will then go to The Broken Lamp. Pay 350 coins to Samael. Tell Orlock about the paid debt. Go to Fiona’s house in Moonlit Pines. It is located to the left of Luna’s farm.
After the cutscene, find Noel, Luna, and Sabrina. After talking to them all, head to the blocked bridge in the south. The black fog on the bridge will clear away.
