Motorslice is a parkour-focused action-adventure game featuring slight gore and some genuinely funny interactions. Your main objective is to climb higher through the massive megastructure, and by doing so, you will eventually conclude the game. For more information, head over to its Steam page.
As this is a game that heavily focuses on parkour, it can become quite difficult to complete at certain points. You also have to defeat a boss in every single chapter, which is undoubtedly the most difficult part of the experience. So, in this guide, we will conclude the game by providing a detailed walkthrough for Chapters 7, 8, and 9 of Motorslice.

Motorslice – Chapter 7 (Quarry) Walkthrough
After you have finished Chapter 6, go ahead and start Chapter 7 in Motorslice. As you move forward, you will learn a new mechanic, so make sure to use it frequently to progress. Then turn the yellow wheel handle and perform a wall jump to go up. After that, head right and, using the new mechanic, clear out a path on the left side and continue ahead.
Then slide down the path, activate the hack to make the trap go down, and jump immediately to prevent getting hit. From there, go left, use the new mechanic to move further, and then slack off ahead.
Slack Off – Chainsaw
After slacking off, continue ahead and clear the mini parkour section. Do remember that using the new mechanic is the key here. Then, prevent triggering the mines, and ahead, you will encounter some enemies that you need to defeat. When you have defeated the first three enemies, use the new mechanic to push the two enemies on the left side down and destroy them instantly.
Then continue ahead and use the crack to move forward. From the pole, head right toward the crack and prevent getting hit by the trap. Then head right again, but this time you need to let go of the crack to grab the lower one beneath you. As you continue right, activate the hack to move the machine to the right so you can proceed.
From there, continue moving ahead, and you will face some more enemies. Once you have defeated them, slide down to continue forward. Then use the pole to go down and, using the new mechanic, move close to the area where you can perform a motorslice. Then motorslice your way ahead. You need to go up first and then move to the other area where you can motorslice again to continue further.
Keep Going Ahead Using The New Mechanic
Then, using the new mechanic, continue moving ahead. If you are getting confused, use the VR vision to see the orbs, as they will show you where to go next. From there, activate the hack to make the machine move forward and then perform a wall climb to go up. Then perform the hack once again and move through the tentacle area to fall onto the industrial pipe below.
From there, head right and fall onto the yellow platform attached to a crane. Then continue ahead, jump onto the pipe, head left, climb the pipe, go right, and then head right once more. After that, perform a wall jump and go through the orange door.
Slack Off – Vista
After going through the orange door, you will get the option to slack off. Do so, and after that, head straight, turn right, go through the orange door, and continue progressing forward. After going up the stairs, a big machine will appear ahead that you can perform the hack on.
Then, using the poles, motorslice, and the new mechanic, make your way to the top. From there, continue ahead, go through the orange door, proceed further, and you will have to defeat some enemies. Defeat three of them and then move further to fight more enemies waiting ahead. After defeating them, head up the platform from the northwest side. Then go south from the left side of the area.
Then follow the path ahead and unlock the way forward using the new mechanic.
Defeat More Enemies
As you unlock the path, you will have to defeat even more enemies. However, this encounter will be a little different. You will basically be using the enemies themselves to move ahead by jumping through the air. So, wall run with the help of the new mechanic and make your way forward through the area.
Slack Off – Hot
Pass the mini obstacle course, destroy the roller, continue ahead, and slack off. Then move forward, slide down, use the crack to go down slightly, and then jump onto the opposite side. After that, prevent triggering the mines and continue ahead carefully. You will then face the boss of this chapter.
Defeat The Boss Of Chapter 7 In Motorslice
Unlike most of the bosses in this game, this boss is not going to be overly frustrating since there are not many gimmicks involved compared to previous fights. You simply need to approach the boss, go up using the rail wheel, and then head right to use the pole to move forward.
Then you will see a moving platform. Step on it and jump onto the platform ahead. Then start motorslicing and make your way toward the left side. Keep motorslicing to move left until you can grab the pole. From there, head left and motorslice all the way across before heading up the stairs.
Then motorslice your way to the right and go up. Ahead will be another target that you can motorslice toward. Use it to go up, move ahead, use the mechanic to climb higher, and motorslice to the right. Then grab the pole, motorslice to the right again, and then climb up from the left side.
Head left on the wheel type platform and then use the wall jump to grab the pole. Use this method to continue going up, and then motorslice your way to the right. Then motorslice upward. After that, head right, motorslice to the right, then upward, then to the left, and finally upward again.
After that, prevent the trap from hitting you, jump onto the path to the right, use the mechanic to go up, perform a 360 motorslice, and then continue upward. Then use the poles to move ahead, motorslice through the area, and continue climbing. Then slide down, continue ahead, head to the circular platform, jump on the pole to go down, move along the path, and perform the motorslice on the final target to defeat the boss.
Head To The Unlocked Path
After defeating the boss, a new path will be unlocked, so head there, continue further, slack off, and with that, Chapter 7 in Motorslice will be complete.
Motorslice – Chapter 8 (Desert) Walkthrough
After completing Chapter 7, head forward, go through the orange doors, and start Chapter 8 in Motorslice. After that, wall run to the right and use the cracks to climb upward. You will then reach the Desert area.
Slack Off – Death
When you reach the Desert ahead, continue forward and climb the platform on the right. Then, slack off for a unique interaction and, once it is done, head forward while avoiding the traps before going left. Wall run to the left and then defeat the enemies ahead. There are going to be a lot of enemies in this area, so if you want, you can ignore them and keep moving instead of fighting every single one.
That is because in this section, it is not necessary to defeat every enemy. So, head forward using the poles, slide down to the left to avoid the mines, and then exit through the right side by sliding again. Then wall run on the left side to continue ahead, go up the stairs, take a U-turn, perform another wall run, and then motorslice forward.
Then defeat the enemy ahead and use the flying machine to continue onward. After you escape, the whole place will be destroyed, so every machine in the area will be taken care of automatically.
Head Up The Staircases To Continue Progressing
So, head right, go up the stairs, and when you are at the top, use the crack to climb upward and then slack off. Once you are done slacking off, head down using the poles and then avoid triggering the mines along the path. At the end of the route, use the machine to go up.
Then follow the path ahead, and do note that wall runs and the machines you can hack are the key to progressing further. Keep moving ahead, cross the small obstacle course, go down, and you will reach the Desert area once again. Continue ahead while avoiding the mines, and then motorslice your way forward.
Then head down and motorslice your way to the left while avoiding the cylindrical black objects in the area to continue progressing chapter 8 in Motorslice.
Slack Off – Ancient Machine
From there, head all the way to the left, continue ahead, climb the wall to the north, follow the path, use the poles to move further, and then slack off. After you are done slacking off, continue ahead, hack the machine on the left, and then jump onto the orange container to move along.
As you get on top of the container, head left to slide down and defeat some enemies. Then use the enemies ahead to double jump and continue further. After that, parry the attacks from the enemies ahead and strike back to defeat them. By then, the machine on the right will appear, so jump onto it to continue progressing.
Make sure to jump onto the left side at the end to take care of two more enemies, and then jump on the container again to continue further. Ahead will be some additional enemies, so defeat them, go through the orange door, and continue ahead.
Then use the air current to go up, and you will face the boss of Chapter 8.
Defeat The Boss Of Chapter 8 In Motorslice
Use the hack to make the train come down and, when it does, head onto the first cart and then continue ahead. Motorslice on the right side of the second cart. When you reach the backside of the cart, jump to the other side to enter the inside of the third cart. Then continue ahead, perform the hack, move further, motorslice forward, then wall run and use the air current to head north.
Use the crack to go up and then either head right or left. Then move down slightly, perform the wall run to continue ahead, and motorslice forward again. Then use the poles and motorslice to continue moving further through the area. After that, motorslice through the last cart, and the boss will finally be defeated.
After defeating the boss, head to the unlocked path, motorslice your way to the top, and with that, Chapter 8 in Motorslice will be complete.
Motorslice – Chapter 9 Walkthrough
Chapter 9 is not that extensive since you mostly just need to continue ahead and motorslice your way to the top. While you are doing that, the credits will begin rolling. Then, you simply need to perform wall jumps and climb higher through the structure.
