Upon visiting Curdsville in MOUSE: P.I. For Hire, Jack does not find Curd, but instead meets his daughter, Millie. Just as they are having a conversation, the phone rings.
A mysterious voice begins to speak, then announces that Curd has been found dead at the Secret Show. The timing is suspicious, but Jack has no choice but to go there and investigate, despite his fear of clowns.

Slip Past The Cops

You will start the journey just outside of the circuit tent, and just as Jack expected, you will find the place barricaded with tape and the police all over.

You need to find another way around; you can jump the wall to the south. As soon as you land, a few enemies will spawn, and you need to defeat them.

Here, you will find a breakable wall in front of you. Use dynamite or the cannon to break it. Drop down, and you will find a vent entrance to your left, but before you go there, there is a secret.

In front of you, you will find some boxes hidden behind a rag. Climb up there, and you will find a secret where you can pick up a schematic.

Back to the vent, follow the path until you reach the room where you will find the Backstage Key.

With this key at hand, you will be able to use it to access the building. Go inside and defeat the multiple waves of enemies here. After you finish the fight, a ticket will slide down to the west corner.

You can insert this ticket into the ticket chopper in order to open the path further ahead. This will give you access to the crime scene where Curd was murdered.
Investigate Curd’s Murder Scene

In the middle of this room, you will see the crime scene where Curd was murdered. Approach it and take a picture. Just as you take the picture, you will hear a circus worker speaking in a very obvious fake Italian accent.

Approach the worker and speak to him. Jack asks him if he knows anything about what happened here. He mentions a name, Francesco, and claims that he is the one who killed Curd.
You need to find this Elefanto guy and check out his side of the story because this fake accent-speaking worker seems off.
Play The Secret Show Games To Get Tickets

Before you start gathering the tickets, further ahead of the ticket chopper machine, you will find a hidden secret that has a newspaper resting on a chair.
The Floor Is Lava Game

The first one is the Floor is Lava door to the right of the machine. Go through it, and you will find yourself in an open area that has lava covering the floor.

You must kill all enemies while either jumping or staying on the safe platforms around. After you survive this, you will finish the game and be able to collect your ticket.
Buffalo Brie’s Shooting Range Game

Back to the main room, and this time go south toward the Buffalo Brie’s Shooting Range door. Stand in position, and your character will get the Coffee power-up, where your hand becomes the gun.

Here, the task is simple; you just need to shoot all the targets before they make their way out. Once this is done, you will win the game and get another ticket as a reward.
Talk To Francesco The Elefanto

On the other side of the crime scene, you will find a locked gate and a circus janitor dressed like a clown standing next to it. Jack asks him to give access so he can speak to Elefanto.
Since the place is still a mess, you will learn a new movement ability called wall jump. You can use this ability on surfaces that have footprints and wall run to reach further places.

Use it to reach the other side of the dressing room and find Francesco sitting in a corner. Elefanto seems like he is not sober, and Jack interrogates him.
Francesco does not admit anything and claims that it just happened, but something is missing here.

Just on the floor above Francesco, make your way there using wall jump. Here, you will find a newspaper and, more importantly, a bucket full of blue cheese.

With this proof in hand, head back down and speak to Francesco about it. This will push him to tell the truth, and he will mention that his “usual dosage” felt a bit off and had a “heavy perfume” on it. This is what caused the incident.
Now that you have the information from Elefanto, you will get a ticket that you can use for the next step.

Go to the upper floor, and you will find another ticket chopper to the east. This one requires you to get four tickets, and you need to complete certain games in order to obtain them.

Make your way back to the crime scene, and you will find that this entrance is now barricaded. You will be able to eavesdrop on a conversation from two witnesses.
Check The Balcony

The witnesses mention something about a dame in the third row toward the balcony, so that is the only way forward.
Backtrack to where you came from, and instead of going to Elefanto’s room, turn around and climb up to the upper floor.

Look east, and you will find a locked door that you can tailpick. This will lead you to a secret room that contains a safe with additional money.
Continue your way north and enter the vent here. Go through it, and you will find yourself on the balcony. In front of you, there will be a purse with a ticket and a note.

The note mentions a high-profile meeting that might lead to more clues about what happened. In addition to that, you now have all four tickets required to use at the ticket chopper to unlock the path.
Reach The Meeting Spot

Unlock the shortcut, then go to the lower floor. You will reach the main room here. Make your way to the ticket chopper and put all four tickets inside. This will unlock the High Noon Theme Park door.
As soon as you go inside, you will be attacked by enemies, so make sure to defeat them first.
Get More Tickets, Win The Prize

You need more tickets in order to move forward, which means Jack needs to win the secret show games to get them.
Pray ‘n’ Spray Game

The first game is just to your left, to the west, and it is called the Pray ‘n’ Spray game. The objective is simple: you need to destroy all the bottles using any gun you like to win.

There are five shelves with different bottle sizes. We used the James gun because of its large magazine, and it made it much easier. After you destroy the last bottle, you will get your ticket.

Before you leave this spot, there is a secret. Go to the northwest corner and look behind you, you will find a hidden spot that contains a schematic hanging on the wall.
T.N.T. Watch It Explode Game

The second game is located east of this location, and it is called T.N.T. Watch It Explode. There will be three windows in front of you, and you need to throw your dynamite into each one.

After you do that, you will win the game and get your second ticket. Before you leave, jump through the window in the middle, and you will find a secret that contains a baseball card.
Oh Yes… They Float – Millie Side Task

You can complete Millie’s side task about getting her a balloon pack in this area. To the southeast, you will find a shop, and on its table, you will be able to buy a pack of deflated balloons for 25 bucks.
If you do not have enough money, you can search around the area to collect some and then buy it for her.
Use The Tickets At The Ticket Chopper

With both tickets in hand, head to the ticket chopper to the west and insert them. This will open the door, and you will be able to reach the meeting spot from here.
In front of you, you will spot a locked door that you can tailpick. Inside is a secret that contains a safe you can open.

After you have done that, head back to the main room and interact with the Hot Pepper power up. This will remove the curtain and open a bridge to reach the mouth entrance on the other side.

At the end of this path, you will reach the meeting spot, where you will find a Ze Scientist and the crooked cops having a conversation, with shrews locked behind cages.

All of a sudden, a dynamite stick will drop from the ceiling and explode on the stage. This will kill all of them, and a voice will start talking.

This is a hitman who you have no idea why he did that, but he interfered with Jack’s only lead, and he has to be stopped. This will start the boss fight against the Hitman.
Defeat Hitman

This is an easy boss fight, as all the hitman does is change location between a few spots around the stage and then shoot at you. You can use the pillars as cover if you do not want to get hit.
The most important thing is to keep track of his location and shoot as soon as he appears. The James gun works very well for this encounter.

After you defeat the Hitman, he will escape after mentioning something about “Westerns,” which may be a lead to his boss or his next move.
Scour The Aftermath

Jack needs to check the remains of the bodies that the Hitman blew up, and you will indeed find a clue. It is some sort of keycard with a strange mark on it.
In addition to that, the caged shrew siblings you can talk to will inform Jack about a special cruise they have a ticket for. The siblings will hand over the ticket as thanks to Jack for freeing them.

Jack’s time with the secret show and the clown is done, and he needs to go back to his office to pin all the clues he has found so far.
Give The Balloons To Millie

After you exit the secret show and drive back to town, the first thing you need to do is give Millie her balloon pack. As a reward, you will get a baseball card.
Pin Your Secret Show Clues

Head back to your office and interact with the crime wall. Pin all the clues you have.
In addition to the Quagmire, you will have to visit Tinsel Ave. again for any “Western” section and figure out where that ticket will lead you.
