In this part of the walkthrough for Octopath Traveler 0 we continue the quest chain for The Master of Wealth. The second quest of the chain is Chapter 2: A Flower Blooms. In this part of the walkthrough we meet up with Bargello and his crew and we start working for Taviani and make our move on Herminia.

A Flower Blooms
Head South to the market district to talk to Bargello.
This will start the quest A Flower Blooms. After the cutscenes for the quest are over and you have control – head to Emberglow.
Go To Emberglow in the Frostlands
Once there, speak to Bargello in front of the inn. You will meet Sonia and she will lay out the plan. Watch the flashback scenes with Sonia and Bargello.
Meet up with Taviani at the Snowbloom Ruins
Head out of town and go north to the Snowbloom Ruins.
Taviani will be waiting at the entrance. After the short scene, choose to enter the ruins with Bargello.
Go to the Subterranean Snow Ruins
Head into the dungeon now.
Inside you will meet an old butler and hear the origin story of Lady Herminia.
Interfere with Herminia’s business deal
Head down the stairs, deeper into the ruins. There is a red chest on the northern path.
On the west side you can fight an elite enemy – Menacing Accursed Armor.
Elite Enemy: Menacing Accursed Armor
He is weak to Swords, Daggers, Axes, Fire and Wind magic. Once he is down check the chest for a Spear Sweep mastery.
Follow the dungeon path to the get a chest in the south eastern corner and then save. A cutscene will trigger when you cross the bridge. Taviani has been killed. Lady Herminia will show up next and you will end up fighting Sonia.
Boss: Sonia
She is weak to Swords, Axes, Tomes, Lightning and Wind magic. After Sonia passes away, watch the cutscene play out.
