Of Ash and Steel was recently released, and although the impressions are quite positive, its performance has received some criticism. The game needs some polish, yet it offers a solid experience for the fans of the Gothic and Kingdom Come franchises. If you want to know more about this title, head over to its Steam page.
This game is quite complicated because, at the beginning, you won’t have a map. You will have to find clues yourself and figure out what to do next. That makes doing quests challenging. One such challenging quest in Of Ash and Steel is Bad Neighborhood. Here, I will guide you thoroughly on how to complete it without any issues.

Talk To Radim

This quest is given by Radim, who can be found right next to the Abandoned Village. You would have crossed paths with him when completing Fox’s Flawless Plan. He will be right next to the signs, so talk to him to start the quest. There will be very few hints, but don’t worry, I will guide you on how to find his four wheels with ease.
How To Find Eleanor’s Four Wheels

The wheels are scattered around the area, so you will have to do some traversal, which will not be difficult. However, make sure to do this in the morning, as you will need a lot of help. Now, in order to find the first wheel, facing Radim, go right and then left. You will notice a path going right to the bridge. Follow that and keep going ahead.

At the end of the path, you will notice a plank. Use that to go to the other side. Then go right, and the wheel will be right ahead of you. Pick it up and go back to where Radim is. Now, head northwest of Radim to find a camp of goblins. There will be a total of four goblins in the area, and all of them are most likely to be of a higher level than you.

You can fight one alone, but fighting them when they are together is a pain. So, lure them to Radim, and he will take care of them. Radim is pretty strong, so he will not have trouble even fighting two of them at once. Leave the combat to him, but make sure to deal the last blow, as that way you will get the maximum EXP.

After fighting the goblins, go back to the camp, and the wheel will be on the left side. However, make sure to grab the note to the right, as you will need it. You can also find more loot in the camp. After that, exit the camp and head north. There, you will notice a cave and a cart. West of the cart will be another wheel, so pick that up. Now you have three wheels already, so you just need to find the last one.
Finding The Last Wheel

After picking up the third wheel, head back to Radim and read the note you got from the goblin’s camp. After reading that, you will notice that the hints of where the wheels are will appear. Three of them will already be checked, but now you need to head to the cemetery to find the last one. Now, before finding the last one, talk to Radim and browse his wares. Buy two bottles of Rye, as this will be useful.

This time, cross the wooden bridge and go ahead. Take a left and then a sharp right. Keep following the path ahead, and note that it goes above to the left. There will also be ruins to your left side, so don’t get confused. Follow the path right next to the ruins, and you will enter a graveyard. Keep going ahead, and Hermit will be there.
If you talk to him without reading the note, then you won’t get the necessary dialogue to progress the quest. So make sure to read it first and then talk to him. Upon talking to him, he will tell you that while he does have the wheel, he won’t give it to you unless you bring him some booze.

Now, give him the two bottles of Rye you bought from Radim, and then you will have the last wheel. After that, head back to Radim and talk to him. With this, the quest, Bad Neighborhood, in Of Ash and Steel will be over, and you will get 50 gold as a reward.
