Welcome to the Into Indie Games walkthrough for the second part of Phonopolis, where we guide you through how to complete the game’s scenes from 11 to 29.
Table of contents
Scene 11

After Felix escapes the cops again, he finds himself crawling in the ventilation shaft. Progress forward through the shaft until you reach the lobby area.

Here you will notice that the police have taken the elevator to this floor and are searching for you. Just when they are searching this floor, keep following the shaft and go to apartment number 51.
Scene 12

Inside Apartment 51, you will find a couple watching TV and a wall that you can interact with. Interacting with the wall changes both the wallpaper and the objects displayed on it.
Your goal here is to create four separate layouts in order to reveal buttons on the side and eventually force the couple to leave the apartment.
Start by changing all the squares into plain gray wallpaper so it matches the wall where the TV is hanging. Once you do this correctly, a button will appear on the side. Press it.

Next, change all the squares on the wall to the blue wallpaper. This will reveal a blue button on the side, which you also need to press.

After that, switch the wall squares into a red layout, but this time you need a specific arrangement. The layout should resemble a bathroom with a toilet, mirror, sink, and chair with dryers.
Check the picture below to see how it should look. Once completed correctly, a red button will appear on the side.

There is one more layout you need to create using the red wallpaper. This time, it should resemble a kitchen. The picture below shows how it should look.
Completing it will reveal a second red button, which is the final one.

Now that all the buttons are ready, it is time to send commands to the couple in order to force them to move.
Press the second red button, which is the kitchen layout, and use the loudspeaker.
This will cause the woman to start cooking while the man tries to stop her and unplug the power cable. Doing this will loosen the vent where Felix is hiding.

Press the blue button and use the loudspeaker. The man will get up, grab a bottle from the fridge, and drop it on the floor.
Use the loudspeaker again, so he grabs a second bottle, but this time he will place it on top of the TV.

Press the first red button, which is the bathroom layout, and activate the loudspeaker. The woman will get up, spill the bottle from the top of the TV into the toilet, then sit down and style her hair.

This causes the liquid to flow into the tank above, which changes the loudspeaker from red to blue. Use the loudspeaker on the blue square and you will notice that the couple switches roles.

This is exactly what you need in order to make the woman unplug the cable this time.
Press the blue button and the woman will now grab a bottle from the fridge and drink it. She will then throw it on the floor next to the other bottle.

Finally, press the second red button, which is the kitchen layout, and activate the loudspeaker. The man will try to start cooking and plug the cable back in, but the woman will interrupt him and forcefully remove the cable.

This will cause the vent cover to fall off and the woman will leave the apartment. Felix can now safely leave the apartment.
Scene 13

The TV will start sending an alarm signal and just as Felix tries to go outside to the hallway, he finds police waiting for him so he hides behind a plant.
In this hallway, you will find multiple loudspeakers. Click on any of them to summon the cleaning lady of the building.

Each loudspeaker will send the cleaning lady to clean the corresponding square on the floor, so all you need to do is use them from left to right to move the guards all the way to the top.
This way, Felix will be able to use the elevator and escape the lobby.
Scene 14

Just when Felix exits the building, to his surprise he will find more police waiting for him. Just as they are about to jump on him, he falls into the parade.

Now you need to shake off all three officers to continue your escape plan. You will see the control diagram inside the vehicle, so start by pressing the button on the round top.
This will cause two vinyl records to appear that seem to control the parade vehicle. The top vinyl has a plus and minus sign, while the bottom vinyl has three icons, red, blue, and yellow.
Start by connecting the minus sign and the red button to lower the megaphone so the other officer is in the same line as the speaker.

Next, connect the minus sign with the blue button to stop the vehicle from moving. This will make things easier for you.

Now that the vehicle has stopped moving, use the minus button with the red icon to get rid of the megaphone and neutralize one of the three officers. Two more to go.

Use the plus sign with the blue button to increase the vehicle speed and you will notice that the officer on the top is losing balance.

After that, use the minus sign with the blue one again to decrease the speed to cause him to fall into the chimney of the vehicle.
Use the plus sign and the blue button one more time to increase the speed and it will send the second officer flying away.

Now only one is left and this is the easiest to get rid of. Connect the minus sign with the yellow button to suck the officer inside the speaker. Then revert it, plus sign with the yellow button, to pop him out and get rid of him.
With all three officers gone, Felix can continue his escape.
Scene 15

Felix finds himself inside the city of Phonopolis. You need to head to the Workers’ District, which is just to your left and can be reached by taking the stairs up.
Scene 16

Inside, you need to activate the elevator in order to access the district, but there is a mini game puzzle that you need to complete.
The puzzle requires you to route the energy beam from the source to the exit by manipulating its shape and direction using the movable black objects.
Do not worry, we have the solution to all of them.
- The first puzzle

- The second puzzle

- The third puzzle

- The fourth puzzle

When you complete this, the elevator will function and you will be able to use it to reach the new district.
Scene 17

Feel free to explore this new area since Felix has never been here. Eventually, a poster will fly your way.

It mentions that Rachel will sing the Absolute Tone, which confuses him a bit.
Scene 18

When you read the poster, go to the alley in front of the elevator where three trash bins are on display. Go there and you will meet the three elders from earlier.
Speak to them and Felix will inform them about what he saw on the poster. At first, they do not believe him because Rachel was their only hope to free everyone.
The three elders seem to have given up, given what the poster says is true, but Felix is still trying to find something else, an alternative or another way.
Scene 19

Felix exits the alley and needs to move all the way to the right, enter the room there, and then use the blue bathroom.
Scene 20

Inside you will find three toilets and three buttons that you can use to flush. When you do, to your surprise, three police officers are there.

You can keep pressing these buttons as many times as you want, but in the end Felix will be captured by the officers and sent to jail.
Scene 21

Felix finds himself in a cell that is too high. He moves around the room as he tries multiple times and fails to reach the bubble cable to escape.
Eventually Felix falls asleep and then has another dream.
Scene 22

The dream has you control a bird flying around the land. All you need to do is move to the top and you will see a shadow of the Leader holding Rachel in a cell like a caged bird.
Scene 23

After the dream ends, Felix wakes up again and finds a bird on the small round window. He helps it, gets the cable removed from the ceiling, and uses it to get out of the cell.
However, that is not the end of it since the path is not connected, and you need to connect it by rotating the platforms to make a path.
The first path requires you to create a route to the lever on the left side. This is how it should look, and when you do it correctly it will change color to yellow.

Now before you start moving, you need to keep an eye on the light on top that watches people. Only move when the light does not detect you.
Felix pulls the lever, and this causes the light to go in the opposite direction, counterclockwise. This makes it easier for Felix to escape through the stairs at the bottom.

Now head back to the starting point and rotate the platforms so it leads there. It should look like this. Wait until the light moves and then quickly make it to the exit.
Scene 24

Felix has made it out of prison and is back in the district. Now he needs to find the three elders to inform them about his dream, that Rachel did not betray them but is being held hostage.
Go to the same alley with the three trash bins and speak with the three elders. Now Felix needs to find a way to reach the Avant-Garde Quarter, but this is not a district for normal people.
The three elders suggest that Felix can take the water pipes, which will hopefully take him to that district.
Scene 25

Exit the alley and move all the way to the right toward the bathroom. This time, the red bathroom is empty. Interact with it a few times to rotate it until it collapses.

When it does, it reveals the water pipe, but the water is still flowing. Felix tries to close the water, but he needs to find a wrench to do so.
Scene 26

Exit the bathroom area and interact with the poster at the entrance. It shows that one of the workers in the first-floor district of Phonopolis has a wrench.
Go all the way to the left and take the elevator down back to the first district, then go all the way to the right and interact with the building there to enter the plumber’s house.
Scene 27

Inside you will find a few houses around, and the plumber who has the wrench lives in the middle house.
In order to solve this puzzle, you must use the center spinning house as a blueprint to configure the six surrounding houses.
You can check the center house, which displays a rotating sequence of specific shapes and texture combinations on its face, and match it with the remaining six around it.

The picture above showcases the correct order required to access the middle house. When you do it correctly, you can use the ladder to reach the middle house.
Scene 28

The plumber’s house is full of puzzles, and you need to rotate and explore to get the wrench you want.
Rotate the house to reveal the red button on the back, press it, and you will see that the plumber is sleeping while holding the wrench. You need to find a way to get it.
Start by closing the chimney on top of the house for a while until it explodes and reveals the attic area. Then use the tube and plug it into the blue hole on the left to send smoke into the house.

This will cause the house to split into two parts and reveal the center. Remove all the garbage in the middle by dragging it out until a crank handle pops out from the side.

On the ground floor where Felix is standing, open the side panel and interact with the faucet there to reconnect the house back to normal.
The neighbor woman will hang yellow pants on the window. You can pull them to drop them onto the faucet area, which will cause her to go down and look for them. She will slip there.

On the front of the house, use the rotating red disk to move the pin so it matches the plumber’s house on the right side. Rotate the house to the back and press the button to reveal his bedroom.
Pull the crank handle down so it bounces the plumber and pins him onto the hook. This will cause firefighters to come and try to rescue him.

Rotate the building to the back, and the firefighters will be sent flying with the smoke and trapped in their own rescue net. This works to our advantage since we can now rotate the first half of the house.

Rotate both halves of the house until the red pipes connect, then rotate the pin so the plumber is in the same line as them. It should look like the picture below.

Now pull the plug of the red pipe to send the man flying, and Felix can finally get the wrench. Somehow, the plumber does not wake up from all of this.
Scene 29

With the wrench in hand, head back to the bathroom area and use it to stop the water flow. This will give Felix access to the pipe and hopefully the Avant-Garde Quarter.
